The room was spacious. Wooden floor and floor length curtains. Bed was comfy and facilities were decent.
The staff was helpful also.
The location was very close to city center and other amenities.
Toilet/bathroom was a bit small. Showering would lead to wetting the toilet due to the tiny space.
It was hard finding the sockets and electrical outlets. They did provide an extension cord and socket.

Check- in process was smooth. Very clean and spacious hotel. Friendly staff and attentive to the guests. Although, there was no breakfast in the hotel but restaurants were very accessible around the area.

10 minutes walk from town centre but this local neighbourhood is far superior to central. Next door a great com ga shop, next to that a hood pho place . Over 33 5 minutes walk and because you are right next to university coffee shops galore.

The property has a lovely ambiance to it. The staff are always on hand, everything is very clean and the location is very quiet.
I am impressed by the hotel service. The hotel took the initiative to send me reminders & instructions. The staff were friendly & ready to help although some are not well versed in English. The lady staff speaks good English & we were able to communicate well with her. She had responded to my queries promptly before our trip. We enjoyed our stay.
The tv console was not properly cleaned & a bug body was not removed. These are small issues though. Basically, the room was in a clean & comfortable stay.
Everything was amazing! It started with a smooth and great communication with the hotel. They organized a motorbike for us and we liked it so much that we extended our trip one more night and got offered a great room.
