Great stay with amazing hospitality!
Pros:

The room size and location! Easy 10-20 min walk to most main attractions. Staff are lovely and so willing to help. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels

Cons:

The shower screen door was a little dirty.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location wasn’t terrible. It was a 30 minutes walk to the old quarters, staff were pleasant

Cons:

The room was not clean. I dropped items on the floor and brushed my hands against the floor. My hands were visibly dirty. The walls had dirt/scuff marks all over them. My shower handle kept falling off the wall. I had to reconstruct it multiple times. The aircon was not consistent. All the area around the hotel is currently a construction zone. So it’s very noisy

Dirty and Uncomfortable
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This review is in no way a reflection of the staff at this hotel.

Cons:

The hotel needs a major upgrade. I've stayed in hostels and budget hotels before, but this place was just straight up dirty. The cleaners do what they can but more needs to be done to keep the interiors clean and updated. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. The area is also surrounded by major constructions, which I know isn't the hotels part, but just so travelers are aware.

Fine for a few hours, or a night’s, stop over
Pros:

Friendly and fitted purpose to have somewhere for a few hours to shower and rest near the railway station

Cons:

Fairly basic and room was over road works so would have been noisy!

Pros:

The hotel staff is so nice ! They allow me check in early and upgrade my room to a nicer one without surcharge.I highly appreciate this .The room cleaning is great .They clean my room in good condition and keep fully providing bathroom things .
Everything and everyone is perfect to me .I recon this hotel .

Good location, needs updating
Pros:

Was a good location within walking distance of Hanoi Old Quarter & other places of interest. Street food options & Mini Mart close by.

Cons:

The hotel bathroom needs some serious updating. The bed was rock hard.

Pros:

The location is good,easy to search for food,easy to go to everywhere.

Cons:

Only that 2 days,the neighbour customers are very loud from daytime till night time.
But there's nothing related to this hotel.
Still a very recommended place to stay

Room reeked of cigarettes. Beds most uncomfortable I’ve slept on. Staff tried to charge me for drinking water provided in room which had no price tag in room
