لو فيه تقييم اقل من 1 حطيته ، جداً سيء ومستحيل اكرر التجربة
اولاً : موظف الاستقبال تعامله كان سيء جداً ، قلت لها اني مسويه حجزين وقلت له اني ما ابغى اغير الغرفة وبعد ما دفعت يقولي لا لازم تغيرينها إلى ان جاء شخص من المحاسبة وضبطها بكل سهوله وقالي خلاص اجلسي بغرفة وحده
ثانيا: ثاني يوم رجعت لقيت باب غرفتي مفتوح مو من التنظيف ، فيه احد فاتحها ورفضوا اشوف الكاميرات ما قدرت انام
ثالثاً طلبت من موظف الاستقبال بطاقة لاني نسيت بطاقتي في الغرفة ورفض قالي انتظري عند باب الغرفة وبيجي عامل يفتح لك !!
رابعاً المكان وسخ والأثاث قديم اضطريت اروح اخذ لي مفرش جديد وكوب ومويه ومناديل ..
فيه شخص واحد بس كان محترم جداً اسمه محمد بالعبيد أتوقع كذا كان جداً مساعد ومحترم وأخلاقه عاليه الله يسعده
