Pros:

The service we received was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, and we truly enjoyed exploring the area.

Cons:

While the location and staff were great, I couldn't help but notice some areas that need improvement. The rooms are starting to look a bit outdated and could really use a refresh. The amenities also seemed a bit lacking compared to other hotels in the city. This might be my personal problem, but the Wi-Fi connection was spotty at best, which was frustrating for someone who needs to stay connected for work.
