I’m just glad it was one night, I would’ve left if it was any longer.
Pros:

The pool.

Cons:

The guest that they have are permanent (weekly basis)
Up all hours of the night walking back and forth up and downstairs, they should separate the long term guests from the overnight guests.

I was scammed by the buissness and threatened by other customers staying there
