Seahorse Beach Bungalows

There is no staff . The room was nasty dirty . Black hairs all over the bed. Food partials all over the rug. Hairs on the night stand and bugs on the pillows. The towels were all stained and torn. Thank goodness I brought our own. Oh, and a 2 queen room is a trundle bed that has no wheels to pull out. And stirs flat on the floor. Looks nothing like the photos . So be aware the photos were not what we got. And again no staff. I’m still waiting for the manager Adriana to call me back.

The kitchen was not set up to cook. There were no pots or microwave. The chairs on the balcony were fragile and could not support any adult's weight. There was no information about how to get on the wi-fi. We did not get immediate response from the front office at check-in since there was no one there at the appointed check-in time.

The property is in poor condition. The patio outside our room was falling through. Step on it and you’d fall through the floorboards. When we arrived, an animal had gotten in the garbage which was spread out across the court yard. It was so bad, I put gloves to clean it up. I didn’t wanted to stare at garbage, the patio furniture was the cheapest plastic painted the same color. The mat at the front door was cut in 1/2, the other 1/2 was at the door of the next room. You can’t leave it as a full mat? C’mon?? This hotel is tremendously misleading & it’s intentional. $30 per night buys the room. They bill you extra for cleaning, WiFi, accommodation fee, resort fee, even parking. The fees for us were over $300 for a room that doesn’t even have a full door mat. Oh I the chairs outside the apt were also ripped , you’d fall through if you sat on them.

The pictures online were vastly different from the room we stayed in.

The key pad was just a little tricky but not horrible also could not find the fan to the bathroom

The actual physical staff on property are amazing but the whole place is run online and you never see or can get ahold of the actual owners, we stayed with a friend who got a room but was never went how to get in and besides cleaning staff who comes there is no one on property to help and the phone numbers never worked

Said check in was at 5:30. Don’t get in room until 6. They hadn’t changed sheets in bed.

This was the worst night in a hotel I could have ever imagined.
There is no office at the hotel, but when I arrived I managed to meet a nice housekeeping couple who immediately told me that the house prepared for me had a broken air conditioner.
We went to check it. I had booked a house on the website with two beds that could accommodate four people. There were three of us. When I arrived, the room was completely different from the photos and there was no second bed at all.
The house is on the sunny side, and inside it was extremely hot.
I started calling the manager, but at first he didn’t answer. Later the man who cleans the houses called him and he finally spoke with me. He said, “Oh yes, the air conditioner is broken.” Then he offered two rooms, but told me that I had to cancel my reservation and book two different rooms, and that the second room would just be “a little cheaper.”
Just listen to that. I had booked one room with two proper beds, but instead of giving us two separate rooms because of their problem, they asked me to pay extra and book two rooms. That makes no sense.
They then showed me another room, but there was already a guest inside.
All the rooms in the hotel were fully booked.
After a long journey I ended up spending three hours on the phone, and then I contacted Booking.com. They told me that I could not leave the hotel until the hotel responded to them. Six hours passed.
In the end they offered $25 compensation (which I still haven’t received) for the broken air conditioner and pushed a second bed underneath the first one.
I started looking for other hotels nearby, but since it was the same day, the prices had already gone through the roof. I was left with no choice.
At that time there were lots of mosquitoes outside, one window wouldn’t open, the house was overheated, and in the end we managed to sleep only 2.5 hours in these terrible conditions.
In the morning I immediately started looking for another hotel.

Check in time was 5:30 pm, and unit still had not been cleaned. On the positive side, folks were on site and cleaning, and they were responsive to focus on cleaning our unit when we arrived.

Ver clean . Friendly environment . I exceptional service . Exactly what we were looking for . The value is unbelievable .

Przed przyjazdem poinformowałem obiekt o naszym późnym przyjezdzie, zapewniano mnie, że nie będzie z tym problemu. Niestety obsługa nie wysłała mi kodu do pokoju, więc nie mogliśmy dostać się do środka, obsługa nie odbierała telefonu, zostaliśmy pozostawienie sami sobie, bez szans na nocleg. Musieliśmy szukać innego noclegu, co w walentynki nie było łatwe i tanie. Następnego dnia został wysłany kod, bez przeprosin za zaistniałą sytuację, tylko ze stwierdzeniem, że przykro im, że musiałem pojechać do innego hotelu. Dodatkowo rezerwacja była dla 2+2, a pokój jak się okazało następnego dnia nie był przygotowany dla 4 osób. Dodatkowe łóżko było brudne i niepościelone.

Beach towels would have been nice.
