If the tv remote worked

Said check in was at 5:30. Don’t get in room until 6. They hadn’t changed sheets in bed.

This was the worst night in a hotel I could have ever imagined.
There is no office at the hotel, but when I arrived I managed to meet a nice housekeeping couple who immediately told me that the house prepared for me had a broken air conditioner.
We went to check it. I had booked a house on the website with two beds that could accommodate four people. There were three of us. When I arrived, the room was completely different from the photos and there was no second bed at all.
The house is on the sunny side, and inside it was extremely hot.
I started calling the manager, but at first he didn’t answer. Later the man who cleans the houses called him and he finally spoke with me. He said, “Oh yes, the air conditioner is broken.” Then he offered two rooms, but told me that I had to cancel my reservation and book two different rooms, and that the second room would just be “a little cheaper.”
Just listen to that. I had booked one room with two proper beds, but instead of giving us two separate rooms because of their problem, they asked me to pay extra and book two rooms. That makes no sense.
They then showed me another room, but there was already a guest inside.
All the rooms in the hotel were fully booked.
After a long journey I ended up spending three hours on the phone, and then I contacted Booking.com. They told me that I could not leave the hotel until the hotel responded to them. Six hours passed.
In the end they offered $25 compensation (which I still haven’t received) for the broken air conditioner and pushed a second bed underneath the first one.
I started looking for other hotels nearby, but since it was the same day, the prices had already gone through the roof. I was left with no choice.
At that time there were lots of mosquitoes outside, one window wouldn’t open, the house was overheated, and in the end we managed to sleep only 2.5 hours in these terrible conditions.
In the morning I immediately started looking for another hotel.

Check in time was 5:30 pm, and unit still had not been cleaned. On the positive side, folks were on site and cleaning, and they were responsive to focus on cleaning our unit when we arrived.

Przed przyjazdem poinformowałem obiekt o naszym późnym przyjezdzie, zapewniano mnie, że nie będzie z tym problemu. Niestety obsługa nie wysłała mi kodu do pokoju, więc nie mogliśmy dostać się do środka, obsługa nie odbierała telefonu, zostaliśmy pozostawienie sami sobie, bez szans na nocleg. Musieliśmy szukać innego noclegu, co w walentynki nie było łatwe i tanie. Następnego dnia został wysłany kod, bez przeprosin za zaistniałą sytuację, tylko ze stwierdzeniem, że przykro im, że musiałem pojechać do innego hotelu. Dodatkowo rezerwacja była dla 2+2, a pokój jak się okazało następnego dnia nie był przygotowany dla 4 osób. Dodatkowe łóżko było brudne i niepościelone.

Beach towels would have been nice.

Ver clean . Friendly environment . I exceptional service . Exactly what we were looking for . The value is unbelievable .

Check in process was poor. The owner didn't respond to us with the information on how to get the key so we could go into the room. Responses to our messages were slow. We had to pay $25 for what should be free parking. There were spiders in the place.

I was double charged for pet fee for one night. I paid 123 for the night initially, on invoice it states $86/87 was pet fee included in 123 amount; days later that amount was taken from my bank without consent. I asked why, the reply was that it had been for the animals for that night; checked invoice later on and discovered I had been double charged. Attempted to retrieve double charge, was unsuccessful.

The place is 💩. Old and falling apart looking. Don't believe the pictures.

Saturday night with what appeared to be a full building parking was a bit tricky but it worked out. Also laundry facilities even coin operated would be nice, this time was a short stay so it didnt really matter but when we stay longer it would help.

Well it was great at first until the owner decided to change the entire facilities locks on a Friday (mid stay). They called requesting us to return for them to conduct the change. Then when we got there, we found out that they were replacing the manual keys with electronic keys for the entire facility , but the electronic key system did not fit the doors, leaving a big hole where the deadbolt was and they left it there overnight and refused to fix it anyone could access our room from the outside, just by reaching their hand through the massive door hole. Ruined our entire trip!!! Owner was there making TikTok videos to show off the upgrade and said they would fix but then just left and failed to respond to any texts!
