Overall good experience
Pros:

Location is great, one block from the beach, rooms very clean

Cons:

I was double charged for pet fee for one night. I paid 123 for the night initially, on invoice it states $86/87 was pet fee included in 123 amount; days later that amount was taken from my bank without consent. I asked why, the reply was that it had been for the animals for that night; checked invoice later on and discovered I had been double charged. Attempted to retrieve double charge, was unsuccessful.

You will go through a text message loop just trying to book or check in. Will not recommend it.

The place is 💩. Old and falling apart looking. Don't believe the pictures.

Pros:

We love the cozy atmosphere and proximity to the beach.

Cons:

Saturday night with what appeared to be a full building parking was a bit tricky but it worked out. Also laundry facilities even coin operated would be nice, this time was a short stay so it didnt really matter but when we stay longer it would help.

Horrible- do not recommend!!!
Pros:

The not private access to the beach is about a 3 min walk and is very low traffic

Cons:

Well it was great at first until the owner decided to change the entire facilities locks on a Friday (mid stay). They called requesting us to return for them to conduct the change. Then when we got there, we found out that they were replacing the manual keys with electronic keys for the entire facility , but the electronic key system did not fit the doors, leaving a big hole where the deadbolt was and they left it there overnight and refused to fix it anyone could access our room from the outside, just by reaching their hand through the massive door hole. Ruined our entire trip!!! Owner was there making TikTok videos to show off the upgrade and said they would fix but then just left and failed to respond to any texts!

There was no breakfast.

Cons:

I did not like how I booked the room for 170 dollars, and then, in my confirmation email, I was told that I owed another $100.
Resort fee of $25 for “beach towels and chairs” that weren’t there, a parking fee of $25 when there is a parking lot for hotel only, and to top it off, I had yo pay $50 for “cleaning”. So you pay their payroll.

This is a peaceful, nicely appointed room/retreat with a very beautiful beach 100 or so steps away.
Pros:

We stayed in #11. The room was recently renovated and really well done and the zen decor was calming. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and blankets had a nice feel to them. One bed was a trundle bed though we were only two people so we did not use it. Bathroom and shower were nice with good water pressure. There was a small stove with cookware, Keurig coffee machine and a medium sized fridge. A short walk to the beach which is one of the hidden gems of Fort Pierce. Great beach for walking.

Cons:

The only missing things were very small. There was only one coffee cup (maybe someone broke the other one) and they did not have wash cloths which I am a fan of. The light bulb next to the bed did not work. We could hear the people next door but mostly it was quiet. More coffee:) A pool would be nice.

It was terrible
Pros:

No breakfast

Cons:

Every thing was broken. No gas for grill,grill was dirty. The counnut trees need to be clean up .the porch were rotten wood.the laundry room was closed. The bathroom had two towels for a week, no wash clothes, no dish soap. The place was ful of fleas, my legs are all full of bits

BECAREFUL When we arrived the lockbox was already open with no keys and the room was accessible without keys. the room was already occupied and in complete mess as if someone was already in the room. PLEASE READ SAME EXPERIENCE HAPPENED TO OTHERS in google-reviews. The hotel customer support is the worst they didn’t acknowledge the issue
