Pros:

Een fijne plek om een start te maken met de HaGiang loop. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding vonden wij dikke prima. Ze kunnen de brommerrijders voor de HaGiang loop ook voor je regelen bij hotel. Zo konden we starten met de HaGiang loop bij het hotel wat heel prettig was.

Een mega fantastische ervaring
Pros:

We kwamen onvoorzien midden in de nacht aan. We mochten de eigenaresse wakker bellen en kregen nog een kamer voor die nacht. Ze regelde ook onze tour voor de ha giang loop. Deze was fantastisch! Toen we terugkwamen mochten we nog douchen voor we de bus opgingen. De bus werd ook door het hotel geregeld. Een TOPervaring dus!

Шикарное место размещения в Хазянге с идеальными сервисом и питанием
Pros:

Мы бронировали два номера - стандартный двухместный и суперлюкс. Наша общая усреднённая оценка за оба - 9,5.
Суперлюкс для нас был идеален - сочетание современной и аутентичной мебели, высокий потолок, огромная ванная, балдахин, красивая сантехника, чистота, уют, балкон с отличным видом на горы. Без недостатков.
Стандартный номер за свою цену был практически идеален, но недостатки были (см. ниже). И из него - сумасшедший вид на горы.
Отель в шикарном месте, вокруг - горы, посередине - огромный бассейн с навесом (есть одновременно и более прохладная, и более тёплая вода - какую вам хочется). До города по прямой 5 минут.
Территория удобная, чистая и красивая, фонарики, зелень, все дела. Хороший ремонт везде.
Есть можно и в основном здании, и на веранде под навесом. Еда в этом отеле - это один из главных плюсов. Есть завтраки, обеды и ужины. В отзывах уже писали об этом, и я повторю, поскольку согласен полностью: готовят здесь очень вкусно, а порции - очень большие.
Wi-Fi работал отлично.
Есть очень много опций проката байков и не только.
Главный плюс отеля - это сервис. Насколько я понял, отелем занимается семья, и на ресепшн постоянно кто-то есть. Желание и стремление помочь в каждом вопросе, подстроиться под клиента - на высшем уровне. Примеры: 1) в отеле супер гибкие периоды заказа еды, и нам неоднократно готовили завтрак, когда мы его заказывали в 11:45 - за 15 минут до истечения времени завтрака; аналогичные примеры были с ужином; 2) когда нам было необходимо что-то нестандартное, сотрудники всегда помогали и были на связи - на месте или в Zalo. И, что самое главное, всё было чётко и конкретно, всегда. За сервис ставлю 10 из 10, во Вьетнаме такой сервис - это редкость. Браво!
Однозначно рекомендую отель!

Cons:

Стандартный номер имел для меня два недостатка: 1) смеситель ванной тёк, из-за чего, если долго умываешься, на полу вода; 2) в номере нет ни одного шкафа - тяжело куда-то положить вещи.

Суперлюкс, питание, интернет, территория отеля, сервис и др. недостатков не имели.

Schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel en een perfect georganiseerde 3D2N-tour; dankzij Wings hebben we een onvergetelijke
Pros:

Schone en ruim opgezette kamers. Erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. We zijn opgehaald vanaf de bushalte en op de dag van vertrek konden we even bijkomen (en afkoelen) van het motorrijden. De Engelse taal is goed. We hebben heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant. En het belangrijkste de tour (3D2N) is super goed geregeld. Ook de communicatie vooraf was heel goed. We hebben mede dankzij Wings een onvergetelijke ervaring opgedaan.

Lieu exceptionnel, et prestations de haut niveau
Pros:

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel
Les chambres très spacieuses avec une excellente literie
La piscine
Repas et bar sur place, repas bon et copieux
Service de blanchisserie extra, et bagagerie
La possibilité de se doucher au retour de la loop avant de repartir sur Hanoï

Cons:

Rien en dehors de l'état des motos que nous avons louées, mais l' hôtel passe par un loueur local (ha Giang Go) et n'est donc pas responsable...
Nous avons loué 4 motos et avons eu 3 pannes sur 3 motos, dont deux pneus crevés ( le montant des frais engagés a été entièrement remboursé par l' hôtel)

Il faut peut-être aller dans cet hôtel vraiment exceptionnel, et louer soi-même les motos ailleurs ?

Ok for a night or 2 but we were there 8.
Pros:

The staff, the food, the cleanliness of the bungalow.

Cons:

The communal areas were not kept to a very high standard. There was no soft seating area to relax next to the pool. The bathroom, having the bathroom as a large wet room is just not to our liking. We prefer a separate shower. If it has to a wet room put the shower at the back and the toilet at the front. Also on a couple of evenings we had to walk to another hotel for dinner. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless

Aucune photo de l'extérieur n'est de cet hôtel mais de celui d'à côté : le SKY bay lodge qui est exceptionnel à 5 minutes à pied . Les deux hôtels sont tenus par la même propriétaire. Cette dernière nous a mis au Sky bay à la moindre réclamation. Seules les photos des chambres sont exactes .
