We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Staff were lovely, super friendly. Daily cleaning of the room. Bed very comfortable, sheets were soft. Room was large, clean and modern. Bonus balcony with good views. When it’s not misty! Room looks like the photos. Location was perfect for us just on the edge of town, near Moanasapa. Lots of places to eat.

I had an exceptional stay at Liberty Hotel Sapa. From the first moment, the staff treated us like family — something I’ve never experienced in any other hotel. The location and views are stunning, but what truly makes this place special is the kindness of the team. When we asked for a small change in our room, they immediately upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost and even gave us discounts on services without us asking. On our last day, after I forgot my bag and had to run back while my wife stayed on the bus, a staff member personally drove me around town to find the bus, made sure I got back on it safely, and refused to take any money. This was more than hospitality — it was genuine care. Highly recommended.
