The photos looked good, but what lay underneath told the real story,
Pros:

The bottled water and instant coffee were always plentiful in the room.

Cons:

1. We had stayed there for 9 days and the room had been superficially cleaned twice but the bed sheets had never changed our entire stay.
2. There was an extreme ant problem in the suite. You couldn’t leave a coffee cup sitting over night because the next morning it would be completely covered in ants.
3. The are several very loud establishments near the hotel that were open till 5am. Their noise was so loud and would echo straight into our room.
4. The mattresses were so hard, we developed back pains.

Exceptional staff and clean rooms
Pros:

The location was ideal and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had an issue with the water in the bathroom and the staff were very responsive with their help and the issue was resolved quickly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious, you have all the amenities you might need for incredible value! Highly recommend.

Pros:

Расположение в самом центре старого города. Администратор на ресепшн был вежлив, дружелюбен и хорошо говорил на английском. Постельное белье было чистым и пахло приятно.

Cons:

Ужасный, невыносимый запах в номере, сшибающий с ног как только входишь. Не понимаю, почему никто об этом не пишет. Номер был на пятом этаже (возможно, в других номерах ситуация лучше). Воняет сыростью, затхлостью и плесенью так, что невозможно дышать. Да, старое здание, да, влажный климат в стране, но это же просто опасно для здоровья! Как можно селить в такое помещение людей? Нам нужно было переночевать ночь перед вылетом, иначе сбежали бы оттуда сразу же. На многое могу закрыть глаза в отелях, но это какая-то газовая камера. Не спала всю ночь из-за вони, пробовала надевать маску, включать кондиционер, открывать окно - бесполезно. Помимо этого, в целом плохо убирают - холодильник грязный, шторы, поверхности - все в пятнах, пыльное, мягкий пуфик весь в пятнах.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Location was strategic. Close to restaurants and shops.

There's a smell in the room. Something like smoke. The towels were not too absorbent and looked old.
