The Five Residences Hanoi

Overall great experience. I stayed in the family suite and it was super spacious. Staff were super helpful especially Mai Anh. Only issue was that I wish the facility was more air conditioned throughout the building including the breakfast buffet. However, I would stay here again!

The five Residence location, room, staff , food quality, breakfast buffet and amenities are suppers. Would definitely stay here again next time im Vietnam. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are supper clean . It feels very comfortable here. The views are great. Highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside to my company's stay is that despite unable to have breakfast as we are always out early, the staff are reluctant to refill our coffees and water in the room. It would have been nice if they compensated the missed breakfast with more coffee sachets. Not much to ask....

We booked a 3-bedroom executive suite for our stay. Hotel is new and beautifully furnished in modern designs. Suite is palatial and very clean and tidy. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!

I feel very welcoming at the check-in, Mr. Giang Hoàng is very professional. He handle all my issues from somewhere else at the airport. I trusted him and his team the whole time staying.

Ms. Anh Vũ is a sweet girl. She’s doing a good job helping me at the check-in and check out no problem.

Location? If you look on the map, you know it’s in a good spot. Overall I’ll be back at this place if I’m in Ha Noi

The property is quite new. It is an apartment complex that is also rented out as a hotel, so very good for folks traveling with family. The best part is the swimming pool and sauna room (with steam room and jacuzzi as well). The area is not the most central (20 min taxi ride to Old Quarter), but I enjoy the little bustling area around the hotel. It feels like I am living in a lively residential area.

Room was so spacious for a group of 7 of us including infant. Our flight arrived early & they were so helpful to arrange early check in for us. Reception & house keeping services were great as well.

올드쿼터보다 훨씬 주변이 조용했고, 근처에 롯데마트가 있어 레지던스 이용에 편리했습니다. 조식은 평균 수준이었고, 룸은 잘 정리되고 깨끗하며 공간 여유가 있어 좋았지만, 4성급이라고 하기에는 타월이 한 10년은 사용한 것만 같은 상태에서 충격 받았습니다.

I booked this property for our 10 day vacation in Hanoi and we’re super happy to have found it as a five star residences hotel. The Five residences staff assisted us with transportation to and from the airport in a luxury resort Van. The staff greeted us on arrival and processed our check-in very expeditiously. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen in the apartment is very useful and allowed us to cook small meals. The gym, sauna, steam room, hot/cold water spa and a large swimming pool were certainly used by us as part of our end of day relaxation. Overall, I would highly recommend The Five Residences in Hanoi to anyone looking for an inexpensive apartment style accommodations. 5Stars

5人家族のベトナム旅行で、使わせて頂きました。旧市街の中のホテルは周りが騒がしすぎで、このホテルは駐在員向けのSAとしても利用されていて、とても落ち着いた静かな施設でした。
朝食も美味しかったです、特にオムレツが絶品でしたね！
市街地には車で15〜20分くらいですが、500円程度でとても安く気になる値段ではなく、タクシー乗りまくった旅行でした！
ハノイに駐在する時はぜひ使わせていただきます。

六日間子供連れで滞在しましたが大満足です。部屋はとても清潔で施設は新しく、エントランスに入るといい香りがしました。朝食ブッフェは滞在期間中、毎朝メニューが違いとても楽しめました。朝6時から夜の10時までプールとジャグジーが使え、観光の合間に楽しみました。ホテルの下に小さいスーパーがあり便利です。カフェも併設されているのでベトナムコーヒーもすぐ飲めます。周辺は少し歩くと大通り、旧市街まではタクシーで15分ほとです。ホテルに比べると目の前の通りはあまり綺麗ではないですが歩ける距離に食べる所もたくさんあります。スタッフの方もみなさんとても親切で気持ちのいい旅になりました。ありがとうございました。
