Mình vào chek in nhưng không biết ai là lễ tân của ks.có 1 bạn nam đứng quầy chào hỏi nhiệt tình nhưng lại có một cô đáng tuổi mẹ mình nhưng lại cư sử thiếu đi sự tôn trọng của mình
Mình vào lm vc với lễ tân cứ nói tranh của phần lễ tân.rồi hỏi mình đặt trực tiếp hay qua app ?? Trong khi mình đang làm việc với lễ tân
Lại hỏi đặt bao nhiêu tiền kiểu rất thái độ
Mình xem ở trên thông tin trên mạng thì phòng có tầm nhìn nhưng vào ks thì bà này cứ nói đặt app rẻ thì làm gì có chuyện ra bên ngoài?? Ủa khách sạn làm ăn kiểu gì vậy?
Mình thấy rất búc xúc về thái độ của cô này kb có phải chủ hay không. Ca ngày
Thực sự phải xem lại thái độ!
