Pros:

Sea view.

Cons:

Pool was not in use. Construction on my patio. No breakfast available. Nobody at the desk 50 percent of time. Roosters outside on rooftop terrace crowing every morning in tiny cages. Workers talking loudly outside my window every night. Very hard bed. Shabby room.

Amazing little hotel with a friendly host
Pros:

very nice staff, the hotel is clean and well maintained, has style. a lot of good restaurants around. best deal one can find in Mui Ne for the price

a bit too far to the big sands beach
