The location is great in the sapa city centre. The price point is also very good, however the hotel is a bit old, with some problems in the bathroom. The reception staff is very nice & friendly, even if he speaks little english, we can still understand each other.
Cleanliness could have been improved. We encounter a cockroach in the room, but that's not too big of an issue. The showerhead also keeps falling off, and sometimes the bidet malfunctions.

The location was good, in the middle of town. The rooms were pretty spacious.
The breakfast was not really in our taste. It surely fit ppl that love Asian food for breakfast. But if you prefer an European breakfast with bread, yoghurt and eggs you could find a better accommodation for a better price. Also the rooms were pretty unfresch the walls in our room very like someone had spray painted the room with coffee. Also you could not book trekking or activities in the reception. If you want to take a shower the toilet will bake flooded since there is no shower cabin.
location at the centre of the sun plaza, staff are very good, they allowed me to late check out and charge me with reasonable price since my train at night in lao cai.
Vietnamese smoking and talking really loudly in the corridors late at night and at 6.30am.

The hotel is at a good location and it looks great from the outside. In Vietnam I noticed most people do not really speak English so it was the same here but they tried to answer me where possible. The breakfast was goos and a beautiful view on the 7th floor.
My room smelled like smoke. They really need to do something about it because it is bad. There are no windows so no way you can get rid of it.
