Die Hotelangestellten waren super nett und haben mir geholfen eine Überraschung für den Geburtstag meiner Frau vorzubereiten. AUCH einen Termin für ein Herbal Bath haben Sie organisiert. Danke!

Would definitely recommend! We had a great stay:)
Pros:

The staff are so friendly!
The location is perfect, right in the middle of Sapa and 10 min walk from the busses.
They do washing and allowed us to wait in the lobby until our 10:30pm bus :)
The bathroom was nice and big and the shower hot and powerful.

Cons:

The beds were extremely hard but some people like that

Great place to stay in Sapa
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff. Comfortable room. Very clean hotel. Inexpensive, with good eating places near. The WIFI was very strong.Good lighting in room

Very small window in room.
Very noisy guests ( not the fault of the hotel)

Nuit affreuse
Cons:

Les lits étaient très inconfortables, très dur. L’isolation très mauvaise, comme s’il n’y avait pas de portes entre notre chambre et le couloir avec l’ascenseur bien bruyant. Notre poubelle de chambre n’était pas débarrassé des clients d’avant et il a fait très froid dans la chambre la nuit.
