Excellent Value for money
Pros:

Conveniently located in central Sapa, right by the river and within easy walking distance of Stone Church, Sun Plaza and many cafes and eateries. If you’re arriving from Ha Giang or Ninh Binh in the middle of the night, it’s especially convenient as the bus station is only about a 10-minute walk away.

I initially booked for 2 nights but ended up extending my stay for another 4 nights. The staff were incredibly kind and always went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Daily housekeeping was available upon request, and I was very kindly upgraded to a twin room with a city view and a comfortable, soft mattress on one of the beds (Room 301) for the entire 6-night stay. The bathroom was spotless and came with all the necessary amenities.

Overall, excellent value for money and a lovely place to stay in Sapa. Highly recommended!

Ich war mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden die Zimmer waren sauber die Matratzen ein wenig hart aber das entspricht ja sowieso den vietnamesischen Verhältnissen. Der Gastgeber war extrem aufmerksam immer wenn man das Hotel verließ und er war an der Rezeption hilft dir einem die Tür auf. wenn ich noch einmal nach Sapa kommen würde würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel nehmen.

Great staff. Great location. Good value for money.
Pros:

The staff here are absolutely lovely. I got my laundry and shoes cleaned here after our trek and it was ready less than half a day later, and they did and amazing job.
The location is perfect as it's close to everything but quieter down by the lake. Next to lots of great food and cafes.
The room size was great and it was very clean. The shower had hot water and was great. They also gave us new water every day.
Overall a great location and amazing for the cost of it.

Cons:

Not about the hotel, but the area can be quite noisy in the morning with people working and driving so being earplugs.

Great value for money, very friendly staff, highly recommended!
Pros:

The staff were incredible - super friendly, were happy to help with our needs, allowed us to store our luggage for an entire day and even let us take a shower after the Fansipan hike!
Also the location is great, the room was spacious, and the hotel is great value for money.
Highly recommended!!

Muy cómodo, con excelente ubicación. El personal del hotel fue el mejor, siempre muy amables. Pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje todo el día y al volver nos dejaron usar un baño para ducharnos antes de seguir nuestro viaje
