Cons:

Customer service was bad. No one helped to carry my luggage. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. No one had a smile on the face. I think my worst experience at Mansion Park hotel

Bijna perfect.

Cons:

De enige minpunten zijn het ontbreken van een hellingbaan voor mensen met een beperking en hulp bij de bagage. De familiekamer heeft geen spiegel en is geschikt voor kinderen onder 12 jaar. De kussens zijn te zacht en ik heb last van nek- en schouderpijn krijg.
