Pros:

As a hotel owner in the past and a traveller with more then 20 years experience,i prefer to write truly about facts of service and quality in the hotels and other type accomodations .
The receptionist woman was very polite and kind.

İn the hotel ,no cards payment,so she tried to help to solve that issue.

İt is a pity that cleaning level is not good The bed was full of hair as well as the bathroom rag .
Some parts of the wall are dirty and a bit broken.
Noise from the outside road is strong cause the door of the balcony doesn't give a proper sound isolation. Windows are dirty. But the view to the sky is wonderful. So better to keep them clean.
Advantages : spacious room,big bed,water,tea and coffee .
Water was running well and constant hot water from the shower. Nice , probably old design of the room.
The bath tab,but didn't risk to use it because of hygiene issues in the bathroom area. Insects on the ceiling a lot.
But no bad smell of mould or humidity. Room smelled normal.
Don't prefer to come again.
It is important to keep space clean .

Tất cả mọi thứ đều ổn. Để quên đồ, khách sạn đã giữ lại để đến nhận lại. Nhân viên thân thiện.

Cons:

Bạn nhân viên nam cần nhớ số phòng khách ở, nói ở phòng này lại nhớ số phòng khác :-)

Very enjoyable and amazing sleep, very kind staff
Pros:

The staff were excellent and happily extended our stay. The room was clean and had all the amenities you needed. They also refreshed our room with new towels and sheets. As well as a more water and tea.
The bed was massive and the bathroom was very clean. Overall a great stay.

A place just down the road rents motorbikes too so easy enough to get around

Cons:

The location was a bit far from the main beach and markets.
There is a church bell which rang at like 3am both nights which was insanely loud haha

Basic and nice Staff. Overpriced in truth for facilities provided.
Pros:

Good size. Basic old room. Nice window and bathroom ok. Quiet in the hotel. Ac and fan was good. The staff I liked mostly.

Cons:

It's an older building. Basic room.

Bed was OK but rock hard like a piece of granite. Overpriced really. This should be have the price it is. And if u search on Facebook groups or zalo u can get a fair better room with more facilities like a kitchen for half the price of this hotel.

Feel the price increases are unfortunately a sign of things to come for da nang.
