Would recommend
Pros:

Clean, very good air conditioning, bath/shower combination, rooftop area to chill if you wanted

Cons:

Bath/shower didn’t have a curtain, so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Bed was quite hard unfortunately so took a while to get to sleep.

Great quiet location out of the city and a spacious, comfortable room
Pros:

We chose the hotel because it was outside the city centre and had been recommended for being quiet, which turned out to be correct. We had a room on the 6th floor which meant it was super quiet. The AC worked well and was quieter than most AC we’ve come across. The room was spacious and had plenty of places to store clothes etc.

Cons:

The shower was abit awkward as there was no shower curtain or cubicle and the bath wasn’t sealed in so the water went everywhere and there wasn’t a central drain for the water on the floor. This is the only reason we’ve marked it as 9/10 not 10/10 but otherwise it was great.
We would just note for others that when we arrived at about 1/1.30pm there didn’t seem to be anywhere around to have a meal, and we didn’t fancy street food. However we later discovered that about 10 minutes walk away there are some lovely cafes as you walk towards the city and the bridges.

I vietnamiti hanno un sorriso per tutti
Pros:

Posizione ottima, ma soprattutto personale super gentile e attento. Disponibile per aiutarti in caso di necessità è molto sorridente.
Inoltre avevamo noleggiato una moto e il parcheggio dell’hotel è gratuito e custodito.
Il nostro volo per Bangkok era previsto in tarda serata e ci hanno custodito i bagagli per tutto il giorno del check out.

Cons:

Nella nostra stanza c’era un problema con il bagno perché il pavimento era quasi sempre bagnato (a causa di una perdita sotto le piastrelle). Abbiamo segnalato loro il problema affinché possano risolverlo

Terrible, blaming customers for their mistakes!

I arrived a lot earlier than my original estimated time of arrival. I stayed in reception to get my bearings and the young man at reception showed me to room 206 around 7:30am to say once the housekeeping cleaned it I could check in earlier and gave me a time of approximately 10am. When I returned there was a new staff member in the desk - a female who argued with me that I misunderstood the guy at reception from earlier. When in fact, when he asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a deluxe room for extra cost I was able to check in straight away. I declined and said I would wait, hence he showed me to room 206 and said that would be available from 10am. Waste of time, money, back and forth only to be told I was in the wrong and I didn’t understand. Customer service really bad, all they care about is taking money and that’s it.

I enjoyed my stay
Pros:

I knew I was not booking a luxury accommodation, but the quality of the room surprised me a little bit. The room and the bed were much larger than I expected, and the room had everything I needed. The mattress was a little firm, but I slept well.

Cons:

I had originally booked a hotel with a more central location, but when I arrive there, they told me they didn’t have a room for me so I booked this at the last minute and the location was not as connected to everything as I was hoping for. But I got some good walks in.

Comfortable and good facilities
Pros:

All the facilities were well maintained: clean, good bed, new hot water kettle, WC, AC, fridge, elevator, easy parking. Very fast wifi, good view from my 5th floor window. It’s nice when everything works and is if good quality

Cons:

The room isn’t especially pretty, most basic decor. And the lighting is quite stark (and cold hue). But there was 1 warm nighttime light to use. A water refill station in the lobby would be much appreciated, to cut down on single-use plastic ♻️🌏

Well, ok for this money, but it was sadly basic and non-cozy, so would not consider staying again.
Pros:

Hotel was rather clean and new, reception friendly and willing to help, so for that price was ok.

Cons:

With the same effort and money spent the hotel could have been much cozier and comphortable.
