The pool were closed and I don't think they will open it and that is not shown when you make the booking

Extreme difficulty in getting on the left lane highway

That the rooms don’t have microwave

No pool when it said pool available
Not as clean as the pictures at all
It’s worn also everytime we put the address in gps we missed it because it’s right before an exit

First, we booked here because of the pool only to arrive and find it was closed indefinitely, we had some very unhappy children! Next we spent a sleepless first night because of the road noise and light from the parking lot. We requested to move rooms to the back of the building and spent a very comfortable 2nd night. The sofas were quite stained and the room is aged, a little fabric cleaning and some touch up on the furniture would make a world of difference

No washer dryer..Breakfast not great.

Location not ideal when exiting property as you are entering fast moving traffic.

The faucet in the room leaked. There was a puddle of water under the sink from a leaky pipe also. This had a musty bad smell. We saw a few ants around the room here and there upon arrival but when my child got into bed he screamed and there were ants crawling on his legs and stomach and on the bed/in the sheets!

My husband told the front desk, and asked if they had spray. They said they’d be right down. Then offered us another room. But our belongings were all unpacked and we brought ALOT APF STUFF WITH US!!! So we had to carry all our things it look seriously like 7 trips. Well, the front desk refused to give us the new room key until we returned the old room key. We explained we would but we needed access to both rooms momentarily to get everything moved. They did not care about the inconvenience.

The manager reassured us the new room did not have ants. She did say there were other ants complaints the same night. We get to the new room. There are ants. Less ants than the previous room but still ants in the bathtub (which was broken) and by the sinks. Also, the mirror/closet door was broken. We were getting ready/dressing someone from the hotel staff used their master key and walked in on us. It was maintenance. He said that room was supposed to be empty and it had issues that’s had a maintenance request in for some time now but they haven’t been able to get to it. The shower water also never got hot. They said they could move us again to another room but they couldn’t guarantee it would be better. Also it may need to be upstairs and we would need to move all our stuff again. Which was ALOT of work for no guarantee it would be better.

Also highly upset we ONLY BOOKED THIS HOTEL FOR THE SWIMMING POOL!!!! Purposely search for hotels with pools only and we were never told the pool was not in working order until after we had checked in. This really defeated the entire purpose of our stay.
