Pros:

Like the size of the room. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom was really small. Barely shut the door without stepping in the tub. Had to keep light on to charge my phone its wouldn't charge with it off. No side doors to get in the building. Trash smells horrible outside. Little pricey for the 2 days. Especially since we didn't get there into late at night. Thats technically not 2 whole days but got charge for 2 whole days.
Had no microwave in room had to go all the way downstairs just to use it. With what charging people microwave should be in the room.

Overall, it was ok for the location. Seems like staff were overworked.
Pros:

Proximity to mall. Coffee was strong. Staff was friendly. Though they were very busy.

Cons:

Pool space too warm. Expecting something nicer for a Hyatt. Didn’t expect to see dogs. But got over it. Big roach in the bathroom.

Wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

Shower valve didn't work and noone in my family could bathe. Bathroom door was broken and my 3 year old son closed the door to use the toilet
and got stuck in the bathroom.

Not staying there again when visiting New Jersey
Pros:

The location was easy for getting back and forth from Met Life and American Dream

Cons:

Seemed alittle old. The tub filled up when using shower and no one fixed

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean properly…there were stain on the bed sheets…ants running around and the glass was so dirty. The bathroom has hair all over the walls. I’ve being there couple times before but this was my worst experience.
