was denied a late checkout by a lousy 30 minutes even after telling the front office lady that the reason for the request is fatigue from the MM Race.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Good location. Staff Very helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom plumbing needs attention. Out of the 4 rooms we occupied three had plumbing issues
1) shower head spraying water all over plus sink cold water tap coming loose (reported) room 21
2) room 20 no , or very little hot water
3) room 18 blocked drainage in shower, water does not flow off properly

Pros:

Very good location for travellers as it's on the Main road.
Units v well managed, clean, linen good.

Cons:

Nothing to complaint about. 3 adults in a 4 bed unit meant we shared a bathroom but we had no issue with that. A bit of a tight squeeze with 3 suitcase but manageable.
Will use this facility again.

Not ideal to wash cutlery & plates in the bathroom sink but everything else is fine.
