Pros:

Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

They need to fix their showers, its very difficult to get balanced water supply when taking a shower and they need better shower heads not the ones that spread water everywhere. The shower heads are terrible

Recommend you stay here when passing through Kokstad
Pros:

The room and bathroom were spacious with a comfortable bed. TV had a good variety of channels. Location is excellent close to a gas station and fast food outlets as well as the N2. When in your room though you are not aware of the proximity of the gas station etc. Good one night stay.

Beautiful and efficient
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and accommodating right to the security. The electric blankets are also a nice touch . I couldn’t fault my stay anywhere
