Very Good only need minor adjustments on certain few things.
Pros:

Very good service from the staff, The facilities i.e kettle, iron, fridge, bathroom and TV..location perfect and convenient.

Cons:

The door handle was a bit broken although lockable.. there is a grey mixed with black color like blanket that was places ontop of the bed, it wasnt quite clean and I felt that its a floor carpet rather that a bed fleece or blanket. One of the cups was dirty showing that one had used it for coffee or tea prior but it was placed facing down as clean

Pros:

I booked for my mom and aunt - they had a really nice time - couldnt stop talking about how central it was and the door man who was exceptional...thank you very much for looking after them on their stay.

Cons:

They were advised that there was an extra cost when they arrived but that was sorted out.

Room was spacious, it's near the shopping areas

Cons:

Noise outside, no cutlery to use on the microwave. Lack of parking made it expensive- R90 per day

Raiting the hotel
Pros:

The room was clean .

Cons:

Firstly the wifi network is poor , Secondly they didn't provide us with water bottles. I think you should add that.
Thirdly the wardrobe had bo rail how were we suppose to hang our stuff. Fourthly the wardrobes had no shelf at all
