It was good
Pros:

For a short stay perfect location. Close shops, restaurant, a short walk to the beach. A small apartment with all amenities. It’s clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No privacy so if you are looking for an apartment to stay indoors… might be challenging. Bedroom window looking straight into other apartments..

Sie Lage war sehr gut, das Apartment hatte eine toll Aufteilung und war soweit sauber. Die Einrichtung war sehr modern und schön. Das Restaurant und das Personal waren hervorragend!

Excellent position and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location excellent . Apartment comfortable.

Cons:

Restaurant wonderful position but food very average. Also Staff did not inform us of the big cycle race on so it would have been very difficult to get to the airport on the Sunday so we had to make changes and leave a day early. Staff were not very accommodating in this regard.

Wonderful, comfortable family unit in a great location with excellent views.
Pros:

Central location. Walking distance from the promenade which was excellent to experience the area. The unit was spacious and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Loved the view of Lions Head.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect.

Perfect stay in Capetown with or without kids - second time and always again!
Pros:

We have stayed here the second time and it’s the perfect location for us whenever we‘ll go to Capetown: spacious, en-suite bathrooms, washing mashine etc, amazing restaurant with a lovey view that serves delicious breakfast as well as lunch or dinner, free parking, pools at the top, rooms get cleaned on a daily basis, the neighbourhood is not just safe but there is so much to do. Perfect as a couple or in our case with kids. Everyone her is soooo friendly! Thank you

Cons:

There is nothing we disliked. Only - I was asked at check-in whether we stayed here before and when I said yes (last year) the lady was rather surprised. If you ask you should no and just not ask
Also we arrived in the morning and and a bit more effort on an earlier check-in would have been highly appreciated. But these are just nice-to-haves.
