The internet is written that the room categories are different, but in reality, we pay the same amount for 2 different rooms. .Secondly, we booked as a family group together. Unfortunately, whenever we reach there, they saw the that the hotel It's fully booked so they put us in a different floor which is not nice while traveling with family and kids.

Pros:

The staff to be specific, they're so helpful and very warm. They're willing to go an extra mile to make life easy for you.

The location is perfect you have a filling station next to your door steps, the airport is fairly close, you have a restaurant inside, ATM's are just on the opposite side of the street, so it's ideal.

Cons:

The know in the morning when it was almost time to checkout at the hotel, it didn't really seat well with me. Other than that the place is so amazing I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Cape Town.
