Being surrounded by the mountain and the amazing service and food! We were pleasantly surprised with sparkling wine to celebrate my birthday and our Anniversary too.

Food was excellent, even though one day was quite spicy options which we battled with.
Staff was well trained, friendly and efficient.
Facilities were clean and well kept.
The nature walks were impossible for my wife as with limited vision we could not go anywhere apart from the busy tar road passing the hotel.
The one side of the kingsize bed was beyond its sell-by date and sagging?
We experienced hot water issues which were quickly attended to but we could not take a hot shower one night.

Scenery, view, nature.
The hotel is old and in desperate need of some upgrades. The location saves it every time. The staff was also not very helpful or friendly. We felt like they would rather focus on international guests (who obviously tip in dollars or pounds)
Great buffet, big choice and good quality of food. We got a lovely honeymoon surprise.
The room & bathroom is outdated and could have been more beautiful & cleaner, especially the floor and bath tube.
The terrace could be more beautiful.
It is a kind of mass tourism due to aprox. 100 rooms and lots of people. For those looking for a quiet place, this is not suitable for that.
I was lacking privacy around my room & and my terrace as people walked around it, and I couldn't sleep in because of people's noise.
