The stay was pleasant, close to the beach and clean.
Pros:

The location was okay. This is a place that we used to book in during our varsity days. Therefore, it was really a nice experience having to be in a familiar area. I also loved the area as it was a walkable distance to the beach.

Cons:

We had problems with the air conditioner in the room that was given to us. The maintenance guy came to fix it, and it worked well, but when I felt cold, I then switched off the aircon, and when I switched it on again, it wasn't working.

Pros:

Location was fine

Cons:

1st room was good. Asked to be moved into another room gladly was... I asked about the balcony and was told it's meant for the rooms leading to it only... but then when i was in one of the balcony room, suddenly there was noise and random people, door leading to the balcony didn't lock (not safe for my belongings). I asked to be moved to 2nd floor where the access to the balcony was locked was told I'd have to pay & extend my stay i did that. 1night was fine... But when i was in the 2nd floor suddenly the access door to the balcony was open, i had to ask the guys to go to their because i needed to sleep, they were smoking & drinking right outside my door. The room had plumbing issues, plumber was alerted and came to check but did not pitch on the agreed time. The cleaning was after 10am i was told so daily I'd try and leave around that time to give the housekeepers time but the day before i moved in to the last room i went out for almost 2 hours and a half i came back but the room was still not attended to i did inform the person by the reception of which I've out later he passed on the message. Now i had to come back and wait an extra 30mins. My stay could have been nice but these issues really disappointed me. 110 is a mess. I would not recommend!
