the rooms were clean and staff was friendly .
Pros:

breakfast was okay but was not on time. we had to look for the staff to prepare breakfast for us.

Cons:

the pool and garden where not clean. Saturday afternoon we didn't have electricity and water and nobody informed us about that. parking was not okay.

Cons:

There was nobody at the gate. I waited 20minutes then by accident a worker arrived. No staff at reception. No breKfast room. No bar.

Pros:

The room big enough, clean. The security and the lady preparing breakfast very nice.

Cons:

It is winter the facility did not turn on generator during loadshedding. The aircon did not provide hot air. It was cold.

Cons:

Had to wait 15 min outside gate to be opened after several calls to the Hotel. Definitely not a Boutique hotel. Outside facilities not clean.

Heat and electric blanket in room Good breakfast Clean room.

Cons:

Waiting with no one in reception . Waiting for breakfast with no one in sight to welcome you in the dining room. The unit needs maintenance........broken tiles marks on the wall, tattered dressing chair.

Very underwhelming and disappointing for cost paid.
Pros:

Property was fine but battled to access it as there was no one at entrance and calls took two attempts to gain access.

Cons:

Did not deliver on advertised facilities. Paid for breakfast but no breakfast available. We were phoned on leaving to say we could get breakfast at another establishment. However we had already left. Also found bathroom had a leak around toilet. Management came to clean up.

security insulted me an never even bothered to open , I was basically scammed by this hotel , which I will still take it
