I loved African Sky Inn Harrismith. The staff is super friendly, welcoming. The rooms are spacious.
Pros:

Loved it! Central next to a shopping mall, freeways, petrol station, halfway between Johannesburg and Durban.

Cons:

The rooms were comfortable, but the early morning noise really affected our stay. Cleaning in vacated rooms started very early, and the sound of vacuum cleaners while we were still sleeping was unpleasant. Cleaning in the foyer and passages also began while guests were heading to breakfast, which caused unnecessary commotion.

In addition, guests who left around 4am were not considerate of others who were still asleep and made quite a bit of noise. A later cleaning schedule and clearer quiet-hour guidelines would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
