Cons:

1st we didn't get what was advertised, and when querying unfriendly staff said that there was never such room and that this is all that they had available. Wifi was not working, and due to that we could not watch Tv. light in the varender was not working and we could not sit outside because it was dark. Next morning we didn't have warm water to wash and had to use the kettle to wash in the basin bear in mind we had a 4year old. When approaching the staff the guy very arrogant and unfriendly reply by saying that the warm water was finished and that we had to wait for the water to get warm again. Not even apologizing and friendly saying sorry for the inconvenience he just said we must wait despite our plans for the day. When wanting a refund he said they dont do refunds so we were basically forced to stay for the last night against our will. Bed was uncomfortable stay in general was just very unpleasant won't ever go stay there again 😕
