Pros:

The hotel itself is nice but see below to understand the low score

Cons:

We had a sad experience here where there was a wedding being held in the venue. We had asked to be moved but were told that the hotel was full and there were no other rooms available. This was not true as we later found out. The wedding pumped out such loud music that the windows shook to ever beat and despite asking reception to ask them to turn it down at 12:30 am / 12:50 and 1:30 - the music continued until 1:50am.
The hotel has offered to refund one of the 3 rooms we booked in apology.
The hotel is really nice and I don't like to be critical but need to warn people to check if there is a function on and ensure your room is not nearby, otherwise stay somewhere else.
My suggestion to the hotel is to be cogniscent of the impact late music has on other guests and do your best to accommodate them elsewhere or have enough security to police it.

The outside of the room could have been cleaned

The room was too far from the parking. I had to carry my bags. There were no people cleaning outside our room. There were leaves and birds poop everywhere
