Nice overall ambience , look and feel but the staff seemed a little rude.

Friendly helpful staff. Great location and facilities for the event. Nice food.
Gluten free options not labelled or identified. Staff were not knowledgeable about what was gluten free.
Inconsistency in housekeeping of the rooms and breakfast table set up.
The tv signal was fuzzy, the safe didn't work and a follow up not arranged to get it fixed.
The hotel rooms need a really good makeover to refresh, clean and modernise them.
The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Maybe you can add a little more vegetarian options for breakfast. The pancakes tho was so amazing.
Some of the staff members were not so friendly. But I could understand that it was the 1st of Jan maybe that's why.
I was completely dismissed by a staff member when I ask for a glass of ice water as the water dispenser was no longer there.

Had to ask for spoons to eat the fruit and yoghurt . When we asked for serviettes were dumped on the table in a pile
Many platters on the buffet were empty.
Water jug on the buffet was empty at one point
Not enough staff and clearly not a manager to be seen
Room was for 2, only one towel, tv did not have any signal, coffee expired.

The room had a funny smell. The cleanliness is not great.. The breakfast .

Tranquility, and comfort overall.
The shower door needs serious attention, the water splashes on the floor and could cause flooding to the room if you are not aware. I had to use the towels to contain the water.
