Housekeeping and Menu Improvement
Pros:

The receptionist Nombuso was very professional and helpful. Even when we were on the road, she kept checking on us. They kept dinner for us.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned after last guests, no new linen, soap, toilet paper (the basics) when we arrived it was not ready. The b/fast was not to our expectation, it was too limited. Dinner had too limited options, small portions and didn't taste great just food. The whole stay was not worth the price.

Welcome to the 1950's - stunning location and very very very old style decor.
Pros:

Dinner and Breakfast were good. Staff friendly and accommodating. Stunning setting.

Cons:

In what world would you give a grown ass adult a single bed?

This hotel was apparently built in 1933 and the decor shows. Felt like I had been teleport-ed back to the 50's. The rooms really needs a face lift.

Pros:

Situated at the centre close to the main road. Rooms were clean and food was super 👌 .
The staff is friendly; it felt like home away from home.

I loved the greenery, the fresh air, soothing and tranquil environment, the open space but the treatment from the waiters was basic. Some of the food like the lamb

And what we didn't like was how we were looked at, we felt judged and uncomfortable because off all the looks we got from all the white people around, the menu we were supposed to be given a wide variety of food as some of us aren't able to eat certain food or dont like them. We felt as of we were outsiders as many guest were white and we felt judged for our skin colour. Mainly the treatment and looks

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Had a great berg view from our balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful, food good. Gardens very well kept

Cons:

Our bed was a double not queen rock solid and needed an upgrade . You had to run the shower for at least 10 min for the hot water to come , what a waste of water. 😔 Very limited DStv no major sports

Tolle Lage mit Zimmern, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind.
Pros:

Tolle Lage des Hotels mit Aussicht in die Drankensberge. SPA sehr gut und preiswert! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer sollten renoviert werden. Warmes Wasser kommt erst nach ca. 10Minuten. WLAN in den Zimmern bescheiden.
