The promt communication that we received from the host. They ensured that we have everything we needed. The room was clean. Bed was sooo comfy and the breakfast was delicious and filling 😋

No air-conditioning
The location is fine, that’s the ONLY thing i liked with the place.
Hospitality bad or rather there was no hospitality at ALL. We got the reception was closed, a lady came gave us keys n that was the last time we saw staff around. Place very busy, creepy and not well maintained. There’s no pool, everything on internet is a lie n not close to real place. If your a Solo traveler DON’T even try. We went to some place for massage n when we got back to the property restaurant was closed (apparently, but doubt if it ever opened). We couldn’t drive out of property to get food n come back cuz of safety but rather decided to end our stay n drove back home. When we got to the gate the security guard wasn’t nowhere to be found. We hooted n he came 10-15minutes after to open gate for us.
The property is very beautiful and captures a very beautiful scenery.
The towels and sheets were dirty from arrival.
Breakfast Was exceptional, the Accommodation is top tier, the garden is exceptional, the nature is so beautiful that place is full serenity

1.Our TV didn't work we reported immediately after check in on Friday and never got assistance this really made our stay not pleasant because we just wanted to relax indoors we didn't even bring a laptop.
2. The staff for the lodge is non existent very disappointing
3. Our room had a very weird smell and a lot of spiders even though it was cleaned it still had spider webs.
4. The owner/manager received our complaints and honestly just ignored us up to this day im really disappointed by this.
5. The rooms didn't have a microwave we couldn't warm up our takeaway we had no one again to assist from the lodge staff.
6. The mosquito net surrounding the bed smells bad and is dirty. This is in Kaya 7.
We were attending a function not too far away so the location was perfect. The lodge itself is very nice, and cozy.
The receptionist. She was so unhelpful. She basically didn’t explain anything. We didn’t know where breakfast was, what time or anything. She is just awful.

Our room TV was not working.We found the Verandah dusty.The was no microwave.We were not given shower soap,shampoo and lotion

Access after hours was a bit scary as the entrance road is not well marked.
The soap freshener, mosquito dispensers were empty and bit checked /refillef/replaced prior to check in.
Connection to the TV was a challenge and no help was available.
No bin in or outside the unit for dirt.
Excellent breafast, i wish though you should provided assorted juices. YOU only serve orange juice, and tasted bitter like orange squash. Breakfast should be a buffet, it much better

The room was smelling bad. there are no even car shade to protect from rain. I was booked alone on a side which faces the bushes and didn't feel safe at all.
