The staff were friendly and the beds were clean, but the cockroaches, black mould in the bathroom, and dirty extractor fan made the overall stay disappointing.
There were cockroaches in the room, which was completely unacceptable. The bathroom was also in an unhygienic condition, with visible black mould in the grout. The bathroom extractor fan was particularly disgusting and appeared to be heavily soiled and poorly maintained.
Considering the condition of the room and bathroom, I do not feel that the accommodation met a reasonable standard of cleanliness or hygiene

we didn't get any slippers th curtains were transparent
The noise till 1pm in the morning. And security didn’t tell the people to keep quiet. I couldn’t sleep till at about 1pm when i guess the people in the other rooms next to me went to sleep. I was also not even shown to my room, and it was my 1st time.
It clean, the air conditioner was working there was hot water
