Bad attitude from staff

Can't order room service for coffee if we don't give a bribe.
The staff were very friendly, security was on point and there was plenty of freedom on site.
There weren't enough towels in the room so we had to ask staff for them, which they were able to provide.
The wifi signal was also quite bad, we were unable to use it.

The cleaning staff did their best to clean the room even it was after 17:00 pm. Kudos to them🙏🏽.
I arrived for check in just before 14:00. Only to be told that I cannot check in due to Polokwane City players occupying the rooms until 17:00 pm. She wanted me to wait until 17:00 which i refused. I was so frustrated. No one contacted me about such inconvenience. They provided a temporary residence (Polokwane Lodge). Royal hotel and Booking.com failed me. I got in the Royal Hotel room just before 18:00 (imagine👎🏽) cause they had to clean after the players left. Royal Hotel you can do better. Communication is important. 0/10👎🏽. Ke shap ka lena shem. Le nkwatišhe kudu lena.
Reception
I felt welcomed even before arrival. I requested to be picked up as I didn't know the place and was using public transport, the receptionist assisted me by arranging a pick up. On arrival, I was received warmly. I felt home away from home.
Phone in the room wasn't working well
I did not have breakfast, I left a Little to early in the morning.
Two double beds. Very much comfortable
