Pros:

The staff at the dinning hall and reception were very friendly, rooms were cleaned every day and linen changed.

Cons:

There were kids making noise on the passage and playing but the receptionist resolved the issue very quickly.

Great location should just mention its on a nasty gravel road.
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly.
Loved the breakfast boxes in the mornings they really tried to cater to all our needs.
Laundry was done on same day and it helped a lot seeing that we had early games everyday.

Cons:

No one to help with luggage and you had to walk far over gravel road with your luggage.
No DSTV all though it says Satellite tv channels we had only 1 channel 194

Cons:

My room wasn't cleaned when I checked in.. they should be punctual with time ... bathroom mirrors where dirty, bathroom tiles need strong detergent to remove dark spots and rust stains under the pipe connector
