Pros:

Great location with beautiful lake views and the stuff was very friendly

Cons:

The place could do with a little bit of attention especially the unpleasant smell of the carpets in the rooms. The food was average and there’s no bar fridge.

I won’t come back again
Pros:

Outside view was good, swimming pool n lake was good and day 2 breakfast was better.

Cons:

Reception- did not explain about breakfast we had to go back and asked them , when is breakfast n where.
Rooms - full of ants our food was full of ants in the morning. No fridge
Noise level, there was a group from Limpopo yoo those people early in the morning while we still sleeping making noise.

Great well done
Pros:

Very well run hotel the manager was always around checking on things and checked with us twice to find out if we were having a good visit excellent .my wife and I are planning are Nexted drip and we will be staying for at the pine lake for a week

Pleasant stay. Quiet environment.
Pros:

The amenities. Room is spacious. The environment is excellent. Quiet.
The staff is pleasant and very helpful.

Cons:

No bar fridge/ microwave in the room.
There is an ironing room, would rather prefer for the ironing materials be made available to the rooms, as opposed to walking with clothes around the hotel.
