Anathi Stay
Pros:

Staff are friendly- not that we dealt with them much other than checking in and out. Rooms were nice and clean and beautifully made up. Was really nice to have an air-conditioner and even the option of an electric blanket for the cold nights!

Cons:

It would be nice to have the option of food service even if just basic but wasn't a big deal- managed to eat elsewhere. The hot water was an issue. It was frustrating fiddling with the tap so long just to run somewhat of a decent bath. If that got sorted out I would book in here each time I come to Kokstad. Other than that everything else was great!

The facilities were lovely. The bedroom was spacious, cosy and comfortable and had everything you would need.

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.

Cons:

My only complaint was about our check in. We had requested an earlier check in when we booked and were told we could check in after 12. We had traveled all the way from Pmb for a function that was starting at 4. My Mum is 78 and needed to have a good rest before we got ready. We arrived at the place just before 12 and when we tried to check-in we were told we had to come back at 2. My husband showed the lady the confirmation but she insisted we come back at 2 as nothing was communicated her.

I will always stop by and sleep over I felt safe I can recommend to my loved ones too

friendly staff Welcoming environment ,outdoor was superb, warm quality bed, clean beddings and towels

Cons:

my bath was frustrating me .I used the bath at night and wanted to soak my self in a bath after putting my salts .Water was cold and could not bath at all In the morning I again used the shower and the cold tab was somehow not working and stuck I ended up using water a bit and could not enjoy my shower
