Pros:

I changed from the city club to the one in 36 plein street which was so much better. I switched over cause of the bad reviews the other place was getting. I loved how close to stores the place was and how secure the place is as well.

Cons:

The pool wasn't up to standards, I had packed in swim ware only to be disappointed on how dirty the pool was throughout my stay.

Water pressure in the shower was not working at all. Very little water came out. And room service did not knock before entering to see if anyone was in the room before hand

Horrible place. Wouldn’t come stay even for free

Horrible place! And aggressive staff! The room an bathroom were separate and i almost got sexually assaulted from the bathroom to my room. I hate this place. When i raised my concern about the bathroom issue, the guy receptionist almost got violent with me!

Pros:

I know you don't have a restaurant, so your guests will order out, make disposable cutlery available, a iron they can use and return and hotel chargers or cables they can use for their devices and return. Guests lose them or it stops working. It's convenient for the hotel to plan for their guest unforeseen circumstances.

There should be a time cut off for noise control around 22:00 at night. It can be annoying if you still up at one in the morning.
