The worst and funniest experience ever from booking.com

Theres is a lot; In short, the property in person & the property here online are two different things. Rooms - Pillows don't match, pillowcases, sheets, walls are dirty, shower has no door, we had to request towels. There is NO lounge area. You iron in a different building, TV doesn't work, Wifi doesn't work. The host is hostile & rude. They refused to move us from the dirty room, zero comfort on the bed. Parking is a nightmare - the building is hideous. Coffee station, no matching cups, one plate ( i don't understand why) no spoon, but there is sugar and coffee and tea, a kettle and 3 cups - no spoon. Rather be honest with the photos on the site to match the reality. I suppose the low cost also says alot. If one just want to sleep and they dont mind alot, its affordable enough i suppose. For R750 a night

City club feels like home to me.
Pros:

I'm a regular at city club I love the upgrade that has been done the key cards and the back door to the parking area from front desk

Iv been booking at city club since 2022 I feel safe there comfortable it's very peaceful.

Cons:

The aints that came out of no where in the bathroom.

Bad experience ever!

Will you kindly explain to me how is it possible that my things are missing, in several occasions?
Someone stole my toiletries
They then opened my suitcases took my a pair of sneakers
Stole my weaves, hair dryer as well as pin adapter what else could be missing? How did this happen but when I am getting my things every time there’s someone paying attention but when it’s other people getting their staff no one is paying attention they have all the time to open bags.
