Someone broke into our room. They stole money, Drinks and food.
That part of the footage was deleted because the place has cameras.
Very unpleasant experience.

I liked the facilities, but the staff looked angry and the room lacked basic toiletries
Pros:

Nice location, easy parking access, good sized room

Cons:

During my stay, the room was not cleaned at all, the towels were never replaced, and no toiletries were provided. Despite asking the concierge for assistance, nothing was resolved, and I eventually had to purchase toiletries myself. This was very disappointing and fell short of basic hospitality standards.

Not worth it for money! All of the above could’ve been easily handled for the value of my money.

Pros:

There was no breakfast. I don't have much to say here in terms of likes other than the room was clean, smelt like cleaning agents so I assumed that this was done like recently when I arrived. Other City club venues were better

Cons:

There was no breakfast, no presentation of wifi code, there was none.... the room was clean but strong detergent snell, mould on lamp. Mixed staff communication. Other areas like by the steps inside wasn't swept. Cleaning items just on display everywhere, staff sitting at weird spots kinda just on a chilled vibe but staff can't be laying on concrete in the middle of nowhere. Also the pool was not clean, yet listed as an attraction. The shower curtain doesn't reach the floor so the floor gets wet. The bookings.com features were incorrect cos when asked I was told they don't have that. Hard bed. This was not worth R600, I would say the Albert Street city club place is better but since this place was owned by city club I thought it would be acceptable. But no it wasn't unfortunately

I will never ever ever recommend anyone there
Pros:

I was very unsatisfactory about the place plus it looked very dodgy and scary.

Cons:

Everything. The room was extremely cold I couldn't even sleep. Trap door was almost open, the bathroom window was broken. No place to hang the towels. No tea only the kettle was available but it had filthy things inside. The staff at reception were very rude and not helpful at all. I've wasted my money 🚮
