Cons:

O chuveiro molha o chão do quarto, o ar condicionado não funciona direito (pedimos pra trocar de quarto por causa disso e não funcionou em nenhum dos quartos), os funcionários não se mostraram proativos para nos ajudar com questões simples, como comprar uma água, e questões mais complicadas, como trocar de quarto. A roupa de cama estava suja, e a parte suja virada para baixo, então só percebemos tarde.

the bed was very uncomfortable in room 18. It is also right next to the communal area and coffee station. Very noisy the whole night.
