The staff is very helpful and they answer all your questions. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the location was. The staff also made sure I received the specific kind of room I wanted and made sure it was ready and clean for me. Overall, great staff!

Cons:

The aircon/heater didn't work. There was no DSTV so we had only 3 SABC channels to watch. They should also invest in an elevator or something, or at least for the luggage, because some people come with a lot of luggage so it's an inconvenience dragging the heavy luggage up and down the stairs. I can't keep my things in a luggage closet by the reception as if things get lost, it would be at my own risk.
