My only regret about this hotel was not staying longer! We arrived in the evening after a long drive in the rain. Lucy checked us in and promptly called the only restaurant still open to see if they could fit us in, they did!
The hotel itself is gorgeous! And has free parking in a garage across the street.
We had the breakfast the next morning which was also great!
We also took a quick dip in the pool which was the cutest pool area I ever saw!
Although we were only there for one night, it was wonderful and it is on our list of places to return to!

Staff were helpful with restaurant and touring suggestions. A very enjoyable stay.

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter la région de champagne avec un garage sécurisé. Déjeuner est très bien sauf pour le café, une machine expresso serait requise.
Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable, toutefois aucun drap, seulement une couette, donc très chaud pour dormir. Je verrai à apporter un drap dans ma valise au prochain séjour.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was on a quiet street, the building is gorgeous, our room was so beautiful and comfortable. It was worth every penny. We had breakfast 2 of the days, and the offering was fantastic. Lots to choose from. My favourite part was the drinks station under the stairs. Endless sparkling water was a dream! Definitely recommend this place.

Whilst the building is attractive, the interior decor is tired. The bedroom and reception rooms require refreshing. The guest areas lacked character.
The breakfast buffet was cramped, with a mediocre selection. We could not get water hot enough for tea.

Très bon séjour dans ce bel endroit.
Seul bémol : pour aller à la piscine (inérieure), il faut passer par ... l'extérieur.
C'est un endroit qui représente parfaitement la Champagne.
Je recommande vivement, je pense que je reviendrais.

Comfortable hotel. Could do with drinks options in room as only self serve was struck under the staircase. Great off street parking. Breakfast hours in the week not very tourist friendly. Good location for champagne houses and Pressoria exhibition.

Fantastic hotel in Aÿ. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was incredible and more like an appartment than a hotel room. Breakfast was tasty and made a perfect start of the day.
The hotel had private parking inside which is a luxury. We stayey for two nights and spend one day in Epernay. Would love to come back to this charmy hotel in Aÿ.
Highly recommended when visiting Champagne district.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at in France. Staff very welcoming. Beautiful building, big rooms, easy parking and great breakfast. The kids loved the pool. We will stay there again!

Het gebouw is leuk en de kamer is prima. Wij moesten in bad douchen en konden de douchekop niet ophangen. Het dorpje heeft 's avonds weinig te bieden. De kamer is erg duur als je het vergelijkt met andere opties in deze regio.
