The property was under construction, reroofing was in progress from 7:30 am every day. Cockroaches everywhere, flys everywhere.
Everything. That place should be closed and remodeled entirely.
The overhead room light only had one of two bulbs working, and the only bedside table light was not working. The bathroom light worked.
