Very bad experience
Cons:

I property gave my hard room key to another person without verifying identity. I had already for the pre-checkin but hadn’t received the key since it was not ready. I was left without a room on a sold out night.

Love staying at the Shoreham Hotel
Pros:

Location, location, location! Love staying at the Shoreham. Steps to the beach and Boardwalk. Mini refrigerator in the room is a bonus. The staff is friendly and attentive. Will definitely be staying, again.
