Mrzelo nás, že izby na opačnej strane boli voľné, ale dostali sme všetci tie priamo nad cestou.

Slabe ranajky chybala pecena slanina alebo vajcovy chleba vsetko to vyzeralo tak narychlo ranajkovat som mohol iba vonku nemoznost si vybrat viac typov dzusov

We checked in after midnight through reception, expecting to get some proper sleep in the morning. At 7:00 AM, the cleaning staff started talking loudly in the corridor, which woke us up. Then one of the cleaners entered our room without knocking. When she saw us, she left.

Five minutes later, she came back, this time knocking. My husband got out of bed and opened the door wearing only his underwear. The cleaner then started asking who we were and who had checked us in.

When my husband explained that we couldn’t sleep because of the loud conversations of the cleaning staff, the cleaner replied that it was her working day and that she had every right to talk.

Five minutes later, at around 8:00 AM, she came back again to ask when we would be checking out.

I find this kind of treatment of guests completely unacceptable. If the hotel allows guests to check in after midnight, it is reasonable to expect them to be given at least a few hours of peace and quiet to sleep in the morning. It is especially strange when it is the hotel staff themselves who prevent guests from sleeping.
