Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Good location.

Cons:

They were short on staff so office was closed and had to go to another hotel to register and sign up for breakfast. That was a real disappointment and a waste of our time.

Very disappointing
Pros:

We had to walk 3 tenths of a mile including crossing a 4- lane highway to the another property the inn operate to pick up our packaged breakfast. There wasn't any hot water in our bath room even after our repair request were made at 10 pm. Management never even try to remedy guest's inconvenience. Another thing, there wasn't any receptionist. We had to ask next door pizza house cook where we can check in. It turned out their parent inn called Brandon inn on the hill located 3 tenth mile away.

Cons:

Location of the inn was bad when the office and breakfast pick up place is too far on other side of 4 lane highway. There wasn't any hot water in our room and other guests I talked to. I talked to city official about lacking hot water at hotel. They agreed with me about serious county health code violation at this inn.

Still was ok place to stay and good price.
Pros:

Clean, good location to why we were visiting Bandon

Cons:

Traffic noise from semi’s and motorcycles a bit annoying. Did not like having to check in at a different site than where we actually stayed a few blocks away. They own both locations. We also had to go back to check in site for continental bagged breakfast, basically a bagel, hard boiled egg, apple and juice. Was not appealing.

Breakfast not available at this place, had to go to another motel to get a bag to for breakfast. No hot food.
WAY OVERPRICED for what we had.
Manager was located at another motel but was never available to talk to. I tried 3 different times.

Clean, adequate, no A/C
Pros:

Hotel was fine- nothing special but was clean and functional. You have to check in at the Bandon Inn and get morning coffee and breakfast there also. There is coffee in your room, but no creamer. The "coffee shack" on the premises only had decaf and the creamer in it was spoiled.
The room was stuffy so we opened the windows and put the portable fan provided near the open windows, which helped. Unfortunately there were people smoking weed near our room and that odor was also sucked in so we had to close the windows. Rooms were decent size, and having a fridge was a plus. I do think that no A/C is pretty common in this area. Great location to walk to Old Town Bandon and restaurant and shops.

Good enough for 2 nights.
Pros:

Pretty area liked the location.

Cons:

There are not alot of places to eat past 7pm. Nice if hotel had a list of restaurant's with dates and times. By accident, asking what a photo was of, we found the hotel is 2 miles from Face Rock beach- one of our favorites. Also would like at checkin to be told about the key sites in the area, beaches, museums within 10-15 mile radius.

Disorganized dirty mess
Pros:

Convenient location.

Cons:

No office on site, no amenities unless you drive up the road to their other property, dirty, barely legible piece of paper on empty office window saying go up the road to check in at their nice facility.

The facility was clean and very comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing! It is nicely located to the beach .

Cons:

I loved the property! Just wish it was a little more sound proof! Could hear all the logging trucks heading out about 4 in the morning.
