Cute, big room.
Location: room was Above the restaurant. Stairs were not mentioned, glad I could climb them. Uncomfortable bed, toilet was very low.
Historic cozy feel

Un lugar muy central, amplio limpio y acogedor
Close to everything.
They gave us the wrong passcode and it took almost two hours to get ahold of any staff to help get the write passcode.
It was something a little different and unique. Very comfortable and we loved our dinner at the restaurant. Thank you!
Quiet
Low water pressure in our room
Location was good. Room well equipped.
Noisy AC, plugs for coffee maker on counter didn’t work. I had to use a plug in the other room.
Room was amazing. Everything was so good
Could’ve been more towels and trash bags
The chef was kind enough to sell me a bottle of water when I arrived back late in the evening after the restaurant was closed.
I had to go through the restaurant to get to my room. My room faced a busy street. My view of the inner courtyard was a window over the toilet that was blocked by a black curtain.
The location was good as well as the cost .
There was a little table to eat as well as being provided with snacks . The restaurant was excellent.
There was not a lot of storage in the bathroom . I didn’t realize our room was on a 2nd floor which was difficult for us carrying suitcases up the stairs .
Its location to down town
I thought we would have a cute cafe on site but it was out of commission since January. I was told that this property recently exchanged hands. There is no staff except for the staff at the restaurant who were not helpful. Clearly we looked lost trying to get into our room and they didn’t offer up any assistance and our interaction actually felt pretty rude. I texted back and forth about the cafe with a woman named Rachele who was off site staff. She assured me there was no advertising for the cafe because of their renovations but clearly that wasn’t true considering, it was part of the reason i chose this location for the evening. The only solution that was offered up was a full refund if I chose to leave but that would have been an even bigger inconvenience. They also claim to be dog friendly but they said I couldn’t bring my Labrador. The street noise was pretty difficult to sleep through but it is located in Downtown Sarasota. The rooms were cute but the floors had a lot of damage that looked like termite damage. We were located in the second floor bayside room. Overall, we had a place to rest our heads that night that was a quick uber ride from where we hung out that night but had I known about the cafe, I would have rather found a less expensive option and paid less elsewhere.
The historical aspect of the house was what drew me to the place. That did not disappoint.
The description of the property was a little deceptive. One of my main reasons for staying there was that there was supposed to be a cafe on site. The cafe was closed for our entire stay. I was led to believe that there was a nice patio to sit and enjoy my coffee. That was not true. There were restaurant tables outside and another table in the driveway.
I wish I had of been informed that I would have to walk through the small restaurant while people were enjoying their meals to get to my room. Very uncomfortable experience.
We loved not here! Felt like we had the whole place to ourselves!
Der Preis war mir persönlich zu hoch .meiner Meinung nach würde es auch die Hälfte langen.
1 Nacht für 2 Personen ohne Frühstücken 215.-Dollar ist schon ein stolzer Preis..
