Skromné raňajky, čo sá dá pochopiť, kedže je to malý hotel. Káva by mohla byť lepšia. Slečna na recepcii milá, usmievavá, nápomocná.

Based on the information we found on Booking.com, the hotel offers on-site parking and allows pets (on request, with possible additional costs). We were traveling with a very small dog (2 kg Yorkshire Terrier).
Upon arrival, we discovered that the parking is not on site, but located about 400 meters away from the hotel. As we had driven around 800 km that day and arrived very tired, I asked whether it would be possible to use one of the two nearby parking spaces until 9:00 the next morning, especially since the receptionist confirmed that no more guests were expected to check in that night. The receptionist kindly called her manager, explained the situation,and I could clearly hear and understand the entire conversation. The request was declined, which we accepted without further discussion.
Regarding the pet policy, we were charged €10 for our 2 kg dog. When I asked whether the price would be different for a large dog, I was told it would be the same. While we respect the hotel’s conditions, this felt somewhat unusual. In most hotels, if the fee is fixed regardless of the dog’s size, this is clearly stated upfront without further discussion. Clear and precise information in the property description helps guests make the right choice before booking.
The next morning, when I spoke with the owner,she said that if she had known we were leaving at 9:00 a.m.,using the nearby parking spot would not have been a problem. During this conversation, she raised her voice while I tried to explain that the receptionist had already communicated our plans to her the night before, which I personally heard.
Had the parking and pet conditions been described more accurately in the listing, we would most likely have chosen a different hotel in a more convenient location at the same price level. The location itself is not bad, and the river view is attractive in theory. However, the room had very small windows (almost like cellar windows), making it impossible to actually enjoy anything

Leider waren wir mit dem Frühstück nicht zufrieden. Der Kaffee war sehr gut und es gab eine gute Auswahl an Joghurtbechern, jedoch am ersten Tag kein Obst und am zweiten Tag nur einen Apfel und eine Orange. Mehlspeisen fehlten. Am ersten Tag gab es frisches Brot, Semmeln und Gebäck, am zweiten Tag nur ausgetrocknete weiße Aufbackbrötchen (bereits am Vorabend im Korb gesehen) und Toastbrot. Es wird nichts nachgelegt, wer nicht früh da ist, geht leer aus, auch bei Eierspeisen und Speck. Wurst, Käse und Speck lagen auf einem Tablet im kleinen Kühlschrank, waren sehr dick geschnitten und teilweise ausgetrocknet. Getränke: nur Orangensaft, prickelndes Mineralwasser und Zitronenwasser, das nicht genießbar aussah. Hier gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial, da wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden waren und das Hotel dennoch empfehlen.

A szállástól azt az információt kaptuk, hogy a parkolás csak a várral szemben, a szállástól pár perc sétára található parkolóházban megoldott ingyenesen, és nem tudni miért, de 2 vendég a szállás saját parkolójában is megállhatott éjszakára.
A szobák nagyon szépek, modernek, de a szigetelésükre többet is költhettek volna, mert a szomszéd szobákból áthallatszik szinte minden.

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig.

La único que tengo que decir es que las camas supletorias no eran muy cómodas, demasiado duras, fue casi como dormir encima de una tabla y las almohadas con poco relleno. Íbamos en familia de 4 adultos y dos niños. La cama matrimonio muy bien.
