Am amazing experience. The location was superb, the staff was so nice and helpful and the rooms were splendid and very clean. The food was also amazing! I will recommend this hotel to everyone. Parking was convenient and right beside the rooms.

A charming and warm hideaway during the off-season
Pros:

Very nice cozy hotel! Despite staying in the off-season, it didn't lack any services. The location is perfect — right in the center. The room was warm and charming (which saved us after a rainy hike), and the staff was polite and friendly. Breakfasts are really good! Free parking was a plus. Highly recommend.

Celý hotel má skutočne krásny charakter. Historické priestory sú moderne vybavené, všetko bolo veľmi čisté a útulné. Úžasné výhľady z izieb na celú Banskú Štiavnicu. Parkovanie v cene ubytovania bolo milým bonusom. Výbava izby bola nadštandardná - popri klasických veciach ako je fén či poháre disponovala izba aj taniermi a vínovými pohármi. Oceňujem dokonca bezkofeinovú kávu v hotelovej reštaurácii, ktorá sa v Banskej Štiavnici zháňala inak ťažko 🙂.

Cons:

Preferovala by som raňajky formou švédskych stolov. Ponuka a la carte je síce pestrá, ale k danému miestu by sa hodil širší výber, zvlášť ak máte stravovacie obmedzenia.

Boli sme max spokojní, veľmi pekný hotel, čistý, naozaj vsetko tip top, veľmi pohodlné postele, sme sa super vyspali, príjemný a milý personál, parkovanie zabezpečené hneď pri hoteli, čo je super. Raňajky veľmi chutné, vyberie si určite každý.

S pobytom v hoteli Glaus sme boli nadmieru spokojní. Výborná strava, usmievavá a úslužná obsluha. Určite sa sem ešte vrátime. Hotel blízko centra, splnil naše očakávania.
