Outdated rooms, and parking was so stressful
Pros:

The location and pool were nice

Cons:

Parking was awful, nothing available and I had to pay for parking one of the nights after driving home from the boardwalk when we were exhausted. Cars and trucks so tight in the spaces u couldn’t open ur doors to pack up or unpack.
The room was outdated, had the only air conditioner blowing on top of one of the beds, it was terribly loud so we had to turn it off and sweat all night. Bathroom had moldy ceiling and the tub although clean was gross with age.
Room was small but adequate for a quick stay, living room was ok, just very dark if the curtains were closed and very strong musty smell like a dark basement. We paid way too much to stay here for a 3 day weekend. Location was good but the tradeoff was the awful parking situation.

Pros:

The pool was good, nice and clean.

Cons:

I bought an ocean view room (even if it was partial) i had no view of the ocean and was not near it. On top of that the hotel room was dirty there was stains on the blanket and a brown stain on the pillow.

Location was great, beach access exceptional, needs better parking.
Pros:

Location was great, nice heated pool, lovely view of the ocean and beach, staff were nice. Having access to pool and bathroom until 3pm on day of check out was especially nice.

Cons:

Kitchen is dated but functional. No cleaning supplies like DW liquid or sponge provided. Floors in the room made our feet black so had to wear shoes all the time. Parking was a problem. AC unit worked but when it was on, it blasted the balcony with heat.

Pros:

It was a very clean place and quiet; not a rowdy place. Very nice area and would recommend staying there.

Cons:

Limited outlets in the room; one in the nightstand and one in the corner behind the door. There was only two towels that weren't the best quality. They were thin and felt a little rough after being in the sun. There was only two medium sizes towels, no face towels or extra towels.

You get what you pay for.

No shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. Only one tiny bar of soap. No hand towels. No “Do not disturb” sign. Stayed at Nassau Inn 3 yrs. ago that we booked through VRBO and it was excellent. This room not! Patio chairs at this room needed wiped down. They were filthy & 1 splattered with bird poop.
