Perfect and calming stay
Pros:

Perfectly stay. Lovely, modern, all new facilities. Very comfortable room and beds. Top class spa. Breakfast is delicious and fairly good options, mostly vegan but it was nice to try some different dishes. The hotel is beautifully designed and calming atmosphere. Very polite and friendly staff. Shops nearby including a Tesco Express.

Cons:

It’s not that close to town, 45 min walk which we didn’t mind as our daily exercise. Bus 42 takes you there and it’s right outside the hotel. You can easily get to the airport by bus as well. Hotel close to hospital can be noisy at times with ambulances around.

Large rooms and friendly staff, but rather pretentious and in a seemingly noisy part of town
Pros:

Well priced, clean and modern. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

The breakfast options were a la carte and overly complicated; a simpler offering would have been better.
The hotel is also adjacent to a busy hospital, which added to the normal city noise.
Spa not suited to leisure travellers, due to the stringent need for quiet.

Chtela bych pochvalit pani Tatjanu z baru.Velmi sikovna,mila,inteligentni,klidna a profesional.
Spa velmi pekne.
Prostredi hotelu.
Az pri odjezdu jsem objevila krasnou knihovnu.Uz kvuli ni se musim vratit.Ale pouze do 2luzkoveho pokoje.1luzko je fakt moc malicke.

Ma deka-ne povlak.Mela 3! velke urinove skvrny.Deku jsem ihned hodila na zem-do rohu postele.Jelikoz bylo teplo stacil mi ten povlak.Na zaver pobytu jsem to osobne ukazala uklizecce a hlasila na recepci.
Neni pravda-ze je pokoj izolovan-je vse slyset,myslim tedy kdyz nekdo vchazi-jde na wc-sprch-apod.Vyhled na mesto jsem nemela,jak bylo psano.Mela jsem vyhled primo na starou budovu-kdyz jsem svitila bylo z naproti krasne videt.
Nejhorsi-mekka nepohodlna matrace.
Ze neni konvice na pokoji.
Nechtela jsem rusit recepci-ale musela-jsem mit na vecer teply cajik.
Neaktualni cenik procedur -floating.Bylo mi receno 30 min.-33 Euro.a 60 min.ze je chyba neni 33-ale 49.Pri placeni na recepci mi slecna rekla 39-10proc.35E.Tak jsem ji to vysvetlila.Tak to uznala-ale bylo to neprijemne-o to horsi-ze mi ta procedura nesedla.Svedilo mne to a nepreslo to ani po 30 min.a na pr.stehne jsem z toho mela 10 cm skvrnu.Nechapu to.
Za tu urinu Vam musim strhnout bod a jen diky skvelemu personalu a jidlu- i obed byl mnamka Vam davam 9.Ale ta izolace je taky manko.A uz se tesim na dalsi pobyt.Dekuji

Amazing hotel , recommend it very much
Pros:

This hotel is one of the best I had in Europe , it is located very good and quiet , very comftable , easy to find , free parking , elevators , perfect rooms , spotlessly clean, amazing new and comftable , the beds are perfect. We loved it all

Cons:

Only breakfast was disappointing , we where sure it will be regular continental , but it was like pre organised with food we do not like and could not choose individually.

Einfache Zimmer, ohne Komfort, kein Kühlschrank, 2 Einzelbetten, kein Doppelbett, WC und Dusche muss man sich mit 4 Zimmern teilen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut eingerichtet, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Lage ist gut, mit dem Bus ist man in 15 min. in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte ich mir be.sser, z.B. als Buffet vorgestellt. Die Tellerportionen sind nicht so ausreichend

Alles top!!! Unglaubliches Service und Wellness und Frühstück im Preis! Alles sehr sauber, sehr schön ausgestattet, modern und einladend. Tolle Atmosphäre im gesamten Haus. Hier hat mein Urlaub begonnen. Habe mir noch eine Kopfmassage zusätzlich gegönnt, war ein Traum. Sehr empfehlenswert 🔆!!!! Sehr nette Mitarbeiter im gesamten Haus, vor allem an der Rezeption 😊 vielen Dank!!!
