un joyaux de sérénité caché dans la forêt hollandaise
Pros:

le havre de paix au milieu de la forêt, la chambre spacieuse, au confort exceptionnel. Le lit est immense, plus que king size, la salle de bain géante avec double douche, éclairage led au sol pour se guider la nuit, mobilier chic et élégant. personnel de l'hôtel ultra attentif, mention spéciale à Maurice qui a été génial et nous a permis de diner le soir avec notre chien dans une magnifique bibliothèque attenante

Geweldige omgeving, maar prijs-kwaliteit niet in verhouding.
Pros:

De rust op het terrein. En de omgeving en het landgoed zijn prachtig.

Cons:

De stoomdouche deed het niet. Dat was een van de redenen waarom we voor deze suite hadden gekozen. De uitleg van het personeel vwb de bediening in de kamer klopte ook niet van o.a. het bubbelbad, dus we hebben het maar een beetje zelf uit moeten vinden.
Ontbijt was luidruchtig. Blijkbaar was er een gezelschap dat elkaar kende, en die waren zeer aanwezig tijdens het ontbijt. Verder was het buffet karig en de a la carte keuze goed, maar de porties klein.
Bij de boeking hadden we om wat decoratie gevraagd ivm de verjaardag van mijn vrouw. Die was toegezegd, echter niet aanwezig in de kamer. Voor 650,- per nacht mag je wat meer service verwachten.

Pros:

De fraaie ligging en het goede restaurant

Cons:

De verwarming van de kamer stond uit torn eij binnen kwamen, was lastig te vinden en bedienen en zodoende duurde het best lang voordat het een beetje behagelijk werd.

Heerlijk verblijf in de bossen met fantastisch eten!
Pros:

Heerlijke plek, rustig en mooi gelegen, en uitstekend diner met goede wijnen.
Fijne bedden & mooie badkamer, midden in de bossen/ wandelgebied.

Cons:

Tamelijk prijzig, maar wel waar voor je geld.

Het was schoon en netjes.

Cons:

Ietsje te dunne muren en vloeren, maar het zijn oude panden dus dat is te verwachten. De buren waren goed te horen.

Pros:

Hrt Chateaux ligt prachtig in de bossen. Je kunt er heerlijk wandelen en fietsen

Cons:

Bij het diner vroegen we om 2 kopjes koffie. We kregen zonder te vragen een heel koffiedesert. En werd ook als zodanig afgerekend en was een stuk duurder. Dat was in onze optiek niet zo netjes.

Hospitality as it should be.
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family of 4 (2 teens). The service was impeccable. Genuinely caring and thoughtful staff. Knowledgeable about the surroundings, food and wines.
We had drinks in the lounge with a roaring fire and there were boardgames to play.
The head-chef is such a great human. Spent time talking to our family about the wildlife and accommodated to our daughters on food.
The rooms were well appointed. Slightly warm for our taste but was easily adjustable.
The surrounding grounds are well kept, with great walking paths. There are bikes on site as well. There is a great pool (1.40) that is heated to 28 degrees. We didn't swim in it as there was a storm, but we would have gladly done so otherwise. The poolhouse allows for changing right next to the pool and in the summer months they serve light snacks there as well.
We will definitely come back!
