Pros:

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet for being right on the park way. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean. Balcony was nice to sit on in the evenings.

Cons:

Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. Could use more water pressure.

It was good and I would stay there again.
Pros:

The room was clean. The shower water was always hot. My bed was made daily

Pleasant, but not as good as I expected for the price.
Pros:

The location was nice, walking to the Old Mill area. Breakfast vouchers at Raegan's was nice.

Cons:

The noise from water usage in other rooms was disturbing. We were woken to gurgling noise from the jacuzzi tub on the first morning. Noticeable when other rooms were using water at other times as well.

Stay was great would definitely stay there again

Breakfast was fine but we were charged almost $40.00 per day for free breakfast.

Cons:

Think the hotel needs to check into why your guest are being charged.

Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location. Staff was friendly and the room was cleaned every day. We had a river view room and the view was awesome!

Overall Great!
Pros:

The location is fabulous. There are so many places you can walk to from the hotel. It's always clean and has a pleasant ambiance. No stale cigarette smell like some of the other places. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We always stay here when we visit Pigeon Forge TN if possible.
