It was absolutely amazing and very peaceful
Pros:

The staff was very nice. Our suite was amazing and clean. We love everything about the hotel from the fireplace the Jacuzzi tub and balcony where you can sit and watch the view of the river and more. We will be back again soon. Thank you Riverview for making our baecation/ birthday everything and more.

The location is perfect, we stay here everytime we come to Pigeon forge and never have been dissatisfied

Cons:

My husband went to take a shower and hanging in the shower was a wrist band for the trampoline park that was from 2½weeks prior, which meant that the shower had not been cleaned and that wrist band had hung in there for several weeks.

Ideas for considerations
Pros:

Liked how clean, and convenient everything was. Parking was good. Having coffee maker ,toaster and cups was great. Fireplace was nice. Chairs on balcony/table were nice.

Cons:

No grab bars in the bathroom is difficult for seniors/ handicap after showers. Sink in hall and not in bathroom is inconvenient for washing in private. Chairs at the table could have been more comfortable for relaxing. Pillows could have been a little softer.

Great for a couple's trip
Pros:

I love that they give you a voucher for the restaurant across the street, for their breakfast. It's like ten dollars for me and my husband to upgrade to the buffet. So we walk out of there. Spending ten dollars every morning for a buffet breakfast. Love the fireplace and the Jacuzzi tub in the winter. Also, they finally have a lock on the pool. So more privacy.

Cons:

They only have one elevator and sometimes you will be waiting on it for a while.
