Overall we had a great time and were able to navigate the area easily.
Pros:

We were on the first floor so we didn't have to haul our luggage up stairs on through an elevator. We were not satisfied with the first room we were given and the staff lady made the change to a better room without an attitude or judgement. There was a restaurant across the street that had a daily buffet at a great price OR you could choose to have pancakes for free.

Cons:

The view from our balcony was blocked by trees that should be cut back or replaced by shrubs. There were nightly fireworks and drone show that were visible from our balcony but we couldn't see them well because of the trees. Also the trees blocked the view of the river. I've shown in one of the pictures where our balcony was with an arrow.

Great Location, outstanding price, in the middle of everything.
Pros:

No breakfast on site, but they have a deal with a breakfast place across the street, free pancake breakfast or discount of 20% on a buffet.

Cons:

Gave me a coffee maker and coffee cups but no coffee or coffee accessories.

This was our 3 rd year staying here for our anniversary. We have no complaints at all. We love the location. The staff, the cleanliness. Everything about it.

Pros:

I liked that we was able to have separate rooms for privacy. I liked having sink outside the bath and toliet area to speed up process of getting ready.

Pros:

The location was great. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. You can watch the ducks and geese from across the river. The covered parking was a plus. I have mixed feelings about the breakfast. The breakfast was not on site but located at a restaurant down the road. It’s free pancakes, but you can upgrade to all you can eat buffet.

Cons:

I did not like that the balconies were shared with another room. I felt like I was a little rushed to check out. When we were talking our belongings down the staff asked several times if we were done in the room and we still had more than an hour till checkout time. We rented a two room suite and it was not as a picture showed. There was only one AC to cool the entire suite. The room by the front door was so hot.
The room could have been a little cleaner. We found hair in the sheets and sink.
