Wonderful hotel! Amazing staff! Accommodate special requests nicely!
Pros:

Location is perfect! Rooms are nice, clean and updated.

Cons:

The shower water could be warmer on the 5th floor. The tub water is great but shower water was not.

Cons:

I know we are in the mountains but the Cobwebs on the balcony should have been removed before our stay, they were right at door frame. We could not see the actual fire in the fireplace since the glass was so discolored there was someone's hair on the shampoo bottle lucky we brought our own and there was water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom and the wall and paint was cracked by the ac unit the bed is super hard and the sheets feel like sandpaper i would not stay here ever again.

I love this place will go back again.
Pros:

It was great! Wish it was in the hotel rather having to drive because it was cold. However it was across the busy 4 lane street, so it was kind of dangerous to walk your family especially small kids.

Cons:

Every thing was perfect with the exception that I had the flu on the first day we arrived. Spent my whole vacation in bed sick as a dog. I would definitely return again! The hot tub could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. We had to clean it ourselves before getting in.

Amazing Spot
Pros:

The location is awesome and the hotel is clean. The rooms look great and there's so much space.

Cons:

Noisy neighbors. We were kept up all night with the people running in and out and noisy as could be. That's not the hotels fault but it really made our weekend trip not very restful.
