Room was not properly cleaned. There was a soap on the floor of shower cabin, toiletries were not changed from previous guests. Towels are too old, they got yellow, got ripped in different places, and it is disgusting to use such towels. Bed is alright but pillows are flat and hard, you won’t be able to sleep on such a pillow. Staff doesn’t give a shit, receptionist did not give me a key from my room and said that previous guests took it and they don’t have a duplicate, he said he will bring a new one in 30 mins, but after an hour there weren’t any news from him, terminal “doesn’t work” so you have to pay cash or directly transfer money to their card.

Сначала нам не предоставили ключ карту ко второй комнате, я закрыла глаза на это и попросила обычные ключи, но они, оказывается не закрывали дверь на ключ. Я попросила починить дверь до нашего прихода, что персонал просто проигнорил. По возвращению вечером, никого не было на ресепшене и дверь осталась без ключа. Нам обещали, что все под камерой и никто не зайдет,но 12 ночи к нам зашли 2 посторонних мужчин. Мы очень сильно испугались.
Кроме этого днем, сестра застряла в туалете уже в др комнате, дверь заклинило. Нам ее тоже не починили. Моя сестра осталась без доступа к туалету. Самое главное, персонал игнорировал наши просьбы что-то сделать. Это было ужасно

Good location and there’s Korzinka nearby. The room js spacious and there are basic amenities.
The overall vibe is old and dusty. Reception is not here 24/7 so if you need to do early check out/late check in - pick a different place to save the hassle. Staff is nice and helpful though.

First of all, always double check your booking prior to arrival. I booked a different room and at the time of my arrival the receptionist provided me with the different one. Asked him to change it but it didn’t help much, I still got not the desired room.
So be careful.
Also important double check the price. This place has some other calculation and price that I have was like $8 cheaper. I was to tired and I didn’t care much so just paid the difference but now I’m realizing that the guys showed my so convincing screenshot.
Anyways, it is ok place just for one quick night sleep.

The exceptional hospitality with clean, comfortable and big room is what I generally expect from a hotel, and Eldi Hotel exceeded my expectations. Very quiet neighborhood. I will definitely recommend staying there. Thank you!

The hotel offered a pleasant and spacious stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it requires a short walk to reach nearby shops and restaurants. The reception is staffed by just one person, and they are often unavailable. However, the rooms are impressively spacious, spotlessly clean, and cozy, with daily housekeeping ensuring a consistently tidy and comfortable environment

The rooms are comfortable with a clean bathroom. Kamron from the reception was very kind and helpful, he did all his best to answer all our questions and help in everything we asked about during our stay.
Everything was ok.
The rooms were kept nice and clean along with the bathrooms. The property also is located in a nice residential area. The hotel also allowed us to keep our luggage till we came back in the night to collect our luggage on the checkout day.
