I like the location, the local feel, and the breakfast. The staff were helpful and nice. They have a courtyard and pool which would be extra nice in the summer.
The hotel is embracing a classic but very comfortable style, with quality service, rooms and breakfast. The room we got was massive, I had rarely had such a spacious room. The bed is very comfortable, which is not always the case in Uzbekistan (I get the feeling they like hard mattresses). Everything is beautiful and clean. The breakfast offers a wide choice as a buffet, which is also not always the case in other hotels that serve it on your table. For the last day, we left early so they offered to wake us up and give us breakfast in a lunch box, which was very cute. Location is good, next to the decorative arts museum, but it is at least a 30 min walk to other landmarks.
I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good standard hotel and not necessarily Uzbek traditional decorations, because it is rather western inspired.

Internet need to improve
The location is good.
At 1 am some guest turned off the music in his room extremely loud. Though the sound was heard all over the place, the staff didn't bother to do anything till I called them and demanded to stop it. When I pay for the room, I suppose that basic service like no loud music at night is guaranteed. It's a pity that it was not obvious for the manager who didn't handle the situation untill I called. I have no wish to come back here again.

The welcome that we got when we first checking in was an early sign that our stay would be amazing! And it didn’t stop there, everything from the staff manager cleaning ladies and security gentlemen was top notch! We stayed in two rooms as a family 4 adults , thank you for the wonderful time and hospitality, will be back , from love from Canada 🇨🇦
