Pros:

Отличный гостевой дом для семей! Чисто, комфортно! Приехали ночью, сразу попали в номер, Завтрак европейский, не шведский стол - подача блюд - все очень вкусно. Вай=фай работает. Расположение - отличное в черте старого города. С удовольствием остановимся еще раз в следующий приезд. Спасибо хозяевам!!!

Très bon emplacement au calme

Manque de propreté dans la chambre
Le dernier jour départ à 8 heures le petit déjeuner à partir de 7 heures inexistant nous sommes partis sans déjeuner personne à l'accueil et nous n'étions pas les seuls

Pros:

Sehr nette Familie, sehr fürsorglich. Tolle Dachterrasse. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Manchmal Probleme mit der Verständigung, wenn der Herbergsvater nicht anwesend war.

メインの観光地まで徒歩ですぐに行ける立地の良さ。
テラスからの風景は良いです。

Cons:

2階の部屋でしたが、シャワーの出が悪かったです。
女性には厳しいかも。

スタッフの方がフレンドリーでした。
テラスからの眺めはとても素敵でした。

Cons:

ツインを予約しましたが、ダブルの部屋に案内されました。ベッドは清潔でしたがバスルームにハエがいたり、備え付けのコップに錆びた鍵が放置されていて不潔でした。
シャワーはお湯は出ますが水圧がとても弱かったです。
他の方の評価は比較的良いのでハズレの部屋を引いたのかと思います。
このクオリティだとコスパはあまりよくないとと思いました。

Pros:

Le gérant est très sympathique. On a pu accéder à nos chambres le matin en l'ayant prévenu à l'avance et on a pu laisser nos bagages dans une chambre juque dans l'après-midi. Les chambres sont propres. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent et l'emplacement est idéal : en plein de la citadelle de Khiva ! En plus le roof top offre une superbe vue sur la ville (c'est encore plus beau la nuit quand les monuments sont illuminés).

Удобное расположение , отличные номера, до всех основных локаций менее 5 минут неторопливым шагом, шикарная оборудованная зона на крыше, где вечером можно посидеть и полюбоваться на вечерний город ) прекрасный завтрак , уютное место для комфортного проживания , рекомендую всем данный отель 😍

Pros:

Buona la posizione all'interno della città vecchia, vicino alle attrazioni principali. Una zona un po' buia la sera ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, super vicina anche ad alcuni buoni ristoranti.
Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La moquette in camera non è nei miei gusti.
Mi dispiace che non abbiamo usufruito della terrazza ma purtroppo penso che nei mesi estivi faccia troppo caldo già di mattina per poter fare lì la colazione, che è invece stata servita all'interno
