Pros:

The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was questionable. Staff doesn't seem to understand that some foods must be refrigerated. The room was fine. The TV mostly didn't work.

Pros:

The front desk staff was very kind and I was very happy. It was one of my most memorable experiences in Uzbekistan.It's a little far from the tourist center, but the staff will help you call a taxi. I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Uzbekistan.

Nice but empty. Overpriced for what it was.
Pros:

The rooms are a great size and very clean, as is the rest of the hotel. A nice rooftop terrace.

Cons:

The place appeared to be almost completely empty apart from us - I did not see a single other guest. There is also nowhere other than the rooftop or your room to just relax quietly. So it all felt a little cold and sterile, despite the best efforts of the staff.

The hotel is designed in an authentic national style.
The location is really good: close to Gur Amir and parks.

Cons:

Wi-fi was low and almost unavailable on the 3rd floor, so we had to sit at lobby for the calls.
The breakfasts were quite basic.

Pros:

I enjoyed staying at the hotel a lot! It has only three stories and feels private and safe. The staff is exceptionally kind and provided me with all the important information. I would recommend Sultan Hotel to anyone willing to do sightseeing and get a good location in the very city centre.

Cons:

I believe the rooms could be equipped at least with ordinary kettles and beds could feel more soft and comfortable. To my taste, the beds are too stiff and hard.
