Delightful stay in premium location
Pros:

The location was great! Within walking distance of the lantern boats along the river. Numerous restaurants and night market within easy reach. Lee and family were so friendly and accommodating for anything we needed.

Cons:

Maybe more selection of pillows for bed. My husband prefers a flat pillow.

Great option in Hoi An
Pros:

Pequeño hotel en una calle muy tranquila pero a la vez, cerca de todo lo interesante de Hoi An. La familia que lo lleva es encantadora, y hace todo lo posible porque el huésped se sienta como en casa.
Habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia.

The hotel staff and the location were incredible.
Pros:

Best stay Ive had in Vietnam. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. For me the location is as close to perfect as it gets. Its close to everything but still out of the main street so Its not too noisy. Rooms and the hotel was clean and beautiful. Just a fantastic experience staying here.

Perfect spot in Hoi An
Pros:

Great homestay just outside the main ancient town - which was a big plus as it meant we were close to the action, but far enough that it wasn’t noise or crowded. The room had everything we needed with two large double beds. Had a little balcony, although we didn’t use it as it was raining a bit while we were there. Mr. Lee and his family are super welcoming, were super helpful in explaining where all the best eating places were and was on hand to help organise tours if you wanted. Breakfast was lovely each morning and beautifully presented - the kids loved the little notes they got each morning on their plates. Show was nice and hot with plenty of hot water.

Cons:

Only downside was the bathroom where the floor got quite wet after a shower. Not a major for us though.

Nice Family Run Hotel in Excellent Location
Pros:

Very friendly family owns this hotel. Comfortable bed and quiet street made for good sleep. Good location. 5 Mins from old town, and tons of restaurants all around. Very clean room.

Cons:

The room smelled a bit musty, especially the bathroom. Though, I would say this is on par with most hotels in Da Nang/Hoi An area. Humidity is a real problem in the area. The shower drain is slow, so the floor is usually wet.

This was the best place I stayed at out of my entire trip to Vietnam!
Pros:

This family run homestay was amazing. Lee and his family were the kindest I ever met; they were very helpful, always attentive, personable, and gave great advice on things to do, even providing me with a bike to rent and a tour to take. The location was perfect; it was close to the action but not in the center, making it a great place to relax and get away from the commotion and noise when I needed it. The room was quiet, modern, clean, and very comfortable. I honestly didn't want to leave. If I am back in Hoi An I will be staying here again!

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like.

Pros:

Sehr engagierte, hilfsbereite, freundliche Besitzer. Kleines Hotel mit nur 7 Zimmern. Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Betten waren bequem. Sehr gute Lage. Altstadt, Minimärkte, Restaurants, Nachtmarkt alles fußläufig in kürzester Zeit erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, in 2. Straße zum Fluss.

Mr Lee and his team go above and beyond to make every guest feel genuinely welcome. From arrival to departure, the makeup of your room and the breakfast, its personal. Instead, you are treated like a valued guest, with thoughtful advice, quick assistance, and a real desire to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
Whether it was arranging transport, offering local recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, the service was consistently excellent. The warm, professional attitude of Mr Lee and his staff is what truly makes this hotel special.
If you value hospitality, care, and personal attention, Hoi An Center Town Hotel is an outstanding choice. I would happily return and recommend it without hesitation.
